Let’s Chat – New York

Tonight is Part III of the St. Barths trilogy.

Part One was a lot of fun, with LuAnn busted as a cheater:

But by Part II she managed do get the attention off of her by letting Sonja have her sloppy seconds

And then Aviva showed up and stole the show:

We know for Carole’s blog that she tried to escape the entire fiasco and hang with her boyfriend – but got a text from the producers and had to re-enter the war zone.

So what happens in Part III. Β If I were Heather and Carole, I’d just throw them all in a cage and see who comes out alive.

From Bravo:

While Aviva, Reid, Carole and Russ are busy setting up a double date, Ramona realizes that the girls trip she thought they were on has definitely turned into a couples retreat. As Carole tries to explain to Ramona that it will be a quick dinner, the discussion quickly escalates and takes a turn for the worst when Aviva walks in. On the final night, the women go out for an early drink before taking off to see Russ perform, but Sonja and Ramona add fuel to the fire when they opt to return to the villa instead of going to the concert.”

Excellent, more scolding from Aviva – can’t wait….

So, I forget – why did she come on this trip????

Our good friend Boston, brings us this article from The Examiner that is just chock-full of Luann’s denials of having cheated on Jacques, assertions that everything in their world is just fine and dandy, and reports that she tweeted a picture of the two of them out together recently at an event at the Dujour Launch party in NY (the article also notes, however, that the picture is undated πŸ™‚ ).

I still maintain that the whole thing is a stunt on Luann’s part to keep her relevant and hope that Bravo will find her compelling enough to keep her on the show for another season. Β I mean, otherwise, what did she have going for her? Β A story about having a baby that was going nowhere. Β She couldn’t even pick a fight w/Ramona (and if you can’t push Ramona’s buttons, you’re really losing it).

Luann Explains the β€œPirate Booty Call” Once Again by BB

I happened upon the link below quite by accident while logging on to my computer this morning. It’s a three minute video of Luann talking about the β€œlittle white lie” that grew into a big relationship damage-control project for her. I have a few questions. Why does Luann keep referring to the alleged one-night stand as an affair? Don’t affairs usually last more than one night? And I didn’t know the reason Luann asked the producers of RHONY to not air what happened wasn’t for her sake, but for Jacques sake. Wasn’t that nice of her to try to spare poor Jacques? And what is that plastic looking stuff showing around the cut-outs of her dress? This is the one time where a tasteful (not a hubcap) necklace would have looked nice. Enjoy the spin.

  1. Nancy says:

Thank-you NMD, BB and boston for all your hard work. πŸ™‚

  2. Cityside says:

Today, 35 years ago a young Cityside and Mr. City got hitched.
And they said it wouldn’t last (…and that was my Mom!)

  3. BB says:

For those who aren’t aware, Heather Thomson will be on WWHL tonight.

    • Eastbayca says:

Doesn’t she (Heather) storm off on tonight’s episode?

    • chismosa says:

i wonder if she gets pissed off at Aviva– i don’t think Heather gets mad at Ramona though it looks like it from the previews.
I know H is pretty good right now with Ramona, so i wonder how it will go. I just can’t believe Aviva on this trip (or rather, her true colors overall)

      • BB says:

Since everything was going well and everyone was pretty much getting along OK before the behaviour monitor arrived, I would have to assume she’s pissed off at Aviva. But it could be something totally unrelated. You know how Bravo does the bait and switch with their previews sometimes.

    • Zoey says:

Wonder what happened to her pee? I mean her ‘p’? Lol. I’ve never seen her last name spelled without a ‘p’ after the ‘m’. Of course it could be common elsewhere, I just haven’t seen it.

  4. Powell says:

Has anyone seen the previews of a new show on the reelz channel called Bomb Girls? It’s about women that worked in a bomb factory in the 40s. It looks like it’s gonna be good. It premiers tomorrow night at 10pm Est.

    • chismosa says:

i saw a preview and it looked really really good. i am hoping i can find this channel, i know i have it on demand. oh wait, i watched The Kennedys on this channel so i have it. Let me know if it’s good in case i can’t catch it. I can’t leave my Jeff Lewis for anything these days. Love of my life.

      • Powell says:

Ok chismosa. I just hope I don’t fall asleep. I’d better tape it to be on the safe side. πŸ™‚

      • Powell says:

And Meg Tilley is in it. I haven’t seen her in anything for such a long time. I’m looking forward to seeing her. She was such a good actress.

    • MelTheHound says:

I don’t have that channel but it sounds pretty good. Kind of the story of Rosie The Riveter?

      • Contessa says:

Yes Jeff, that is what it is about…sounds good. How’s the handsome dude Mel? I think he needs a cookie from me????

      • Powell says:

Yeah! A rich girl leaves her family to take a job at the bomb plant; a girl runs away from something awful- looks like abuse; a girl who’s not the girly type explores her sexuality when she falls for the rich girl who’s all girl; & Meg Tilley plays The Matron, head of the girls who has sexual tension w/a young Italian guy. Sounds good huh? πŸ™‚

      • Powell says:

MTH any new pics of Mel? I haven’t seen any lately. I think he’s our Mascot. πŸ™‚

    • BB says:

I have that channel in the OBX but not VA. There are so many great shows this fall, even on the major networks. There’s just not enough time in the day!

  5. chismosa says:

i just want to say that these polls that are popping up on these recaps are hysterical and i wonder if Bravo sees these? They are fantastic and i hope many who read here and maybe don’t comment vote!

  6. Watching last night’s RHONJ since I fell asleep before it came on last night….the little kids are so cute going to school. Wish the happy times would be the focus, & not the stupid fighting. Bravo, I’m quitting you if you don’t stop this family feuding insanity!

  7. Powell says:

Sorry LuLu. Don’t believe your little story.

  9. Ramona’s tweet, funny!

    Ramona Singer ‏@ramonasinger
Who is ready for #RHONY and Aviva going crazy on me again?!?

  10. klmh says:

OMG Boston, I love those so much. Great caps.

  11. Jill...no not THAT Jill says:

Did anyone see Breaking Amish last night?

  12. Big Brother’s Rachel and Brendon got married http://www.people.com/people/article/0,,20628389,00.html

    • BB says:

Yep, their wedding is going to be on that TV reality show that the wedding planner David Tutera does. They are lifetime reality TV personalities. I’m sure they will be on Couples Therapy one day. Lol

  13. WindyCityWondering says:

The craziness poll got me to thinking – Kelly was scary crazy because we didn’t know what was wrong with her – plus the rest of the women there on Scary Island looked genuinely afraid of her. AvivaDiva is neurotic crazy but we know too much of her “why she acts that way” information. On Booty Island, no one looks afraid of her and some can barely contain their laughter at her behavior. SO which is worse – scary crazy or neurotic crazy?

  14. BB says:

OT. Has anyone tried the Healthy Choice Greek Frozen Yogur?. I’m eating a Blueberry one and it’s pretty yum. Little container but only 100 calories. Just right to satisfy my sweet craving. And I like that it’s already in the 100 calorie containers so I don’t have to guess.

  15. BB says:

OK guys, I’m off to watch the crazy. Enjoy talking about it!

  16. Nancy says:

Please don’t tell me who wins. I’m taping it so I can live chat. Thanks. πŸ™‚

  17. Zoey says:

Informal poll: who thinks the Johnny Depp lookalike is as hot as the women think? Just curious, we all have different tastes!

    • WindyCityWondering says:

I loved Johnny Depp’s “pirate character” in the movies – Booty Johnny Depp seems to be a male escort….not hot.

    • LaineyLainey says:

I think faux depp is too girly looking. Genuwine Depp isn’t girly looking at all.

    • PJ says:

He is nice looking but someone who will bang anyone and everyone is not attractive to me (have these people heard of stds?).

  18. Powell says:

Oh lordy. The NY ladies. πŸ™‚

  19. Powell says:

Ok. Who on here googled “white trash”?

  20. Zoey says:

Love the Googling of white trash scene!

  21. Eastbayca says:

Here comes the party popper….stuck on the welcoming committee..

  22. MamaZ says:

I think Ramona and Sonja are being ridiculous. And so is Aviva.

  23. Nancy says:

  24. Powell says:

    Yes. Jack Nicholson crazy. LOL.

  25. Zoey says:

Omg, Aviva is one loose cannon crazy pants!

  26. Eastbayca says:

Avivadiva….wants a banner “Welcome and please poop on our fun time”

  27. Orson says:

Aviva expected a banner when she arrived. She’s a bloody loon, if you ask me.

  28. Noelle says:

LoL! “That’s your head trip Aviva” per a calm speaking Ramona! Love it.
Aviva is a loon! Spookey really..

  29. Eastbayca says:

Didn’t Lulu sleep with Johnny Depp look alike…..

    • Eastbayca says:

      Awesome tweet from Carole..
      Carole Radziwill ‏@CaroleRadziwill
WHo needs to apologize to who? Yes Luann brought a home guy home. It was Luann. Ugh. #rhony

    • MamaZ says:

Yes but she either doesn’t know or doesn’t care because it doesn’t work with her anti Romana/Sonja agenda.

    • Orson says:

Yes, Lulu picked him up in a bar and brought him home to sleep with him first. But that’s beside the point. Aviva thinks Sonja is disgusting for sleeping with him.

  30. klmh says:

Goodness, who is in Ramona’s body. I love that. Be what it is, accept it. go on. Who took over her body?

  31. Zoey says:

Aviva is talking about atrocious behavior??? Wow. Sort of like Luann with the ‘class’ lectures, yet shows none.

  32. Noelle says:

Aviva is making Kelly look sane! Kudos Aviva, who would a thunk it?! HaHa!

  33. WindyCityWondering says:

AvivaDiva should have stayed in NYC – we are being cheated out of the beauty of St Barths because of her need to fight.

  34. FLG (Mr. Tigre's Butler) says:

It appears that Aviva has raided KKB’s personal stash of gummy bears from the medicine cabinet….

  35. Powell says:

OMG! By this time I would just stay drunk for the rest of the trip to get trhu it w/these ladies. Ugh!

Don’t NJ and NY seem to be beating certain situations to death this season?

  36. cusi77 says:

What? someone forgot to hung the banner “Welcome your gracious majesty AvivaDiva and consort” … you have no manners!

  37. ATLnNYC09 says:

I bet Aviva doesnt have any female friends.

  38. MamaZ says:

They are on a beautiful island. Who cares if there are men there or not? I need a vacation sooooo bad. I would give a rats azz who else was there.

  39. Noelle says:

I’m liking NY. I’ve laughed more in the first 10 minutes then I have the whole-long NJ season!

  40. klmh says:

    Sonya. Bam. Love it

  41. FLG (Mr. Tigre's Butler) says:

I feel badly for the staff of the St. Barth’s compound. I can’t imagine having to serve Adiva….

  42. Nancy says:

    Thank-you Heather!

  43. Powell says:

    Heather is totally making sense.

  44. Noelle says:

    Liking Heather..

  45. klmh says:

Woah, even LuAnn is on board, along with Heather about paper towel.

  46. MamaZ says:

Go Heather! I am liking her more and more!

  47. ATLnNYC09 says:

Wow Heather is really the new oracle of truth.

  48. Noelle says:

    It’s all about Aviva..again!

  49. Nancy says:

    This is disgusting.

  50. azgirl2345 says:

We have pedi places here that have the fishies.. No way will I go there

  51. klmh says:

Aviva, get help. pretty please with a cherry on top.

  52. FLG (Mr. Tigre's Butler) says:

I wonder if Carole wishes those little fish were Piranha, right about now…..

  53. MamaZ says:

I think they are all being silly about the couples dinner. Big deal.

  54. klmh says:

    LuAnn made a funny!

  55. Zoey says:

I think Aviva and Kelly B are sisters from another mister!

  56. WindyCityWondering says:

Love the way AvivaDiva comforts Carole – how many times do you have to repeat that her husband and friends are dead!! She just keeps jabbing away – run Carole!

  57. Nancy says:

Remind me to never go on a vacation with any of these people.

  58. AZGirl says:

    changing up Avitar

  59. Noelle says:

These women are really doing St. Barths an injustice! Really!!?!
I want to see more Island!! I’ll even settle for more sight-seeing of the house they’re staying in!
    Jeez Louise..

  60. ATLnNYC09 says:

I wonder if Aviva pays half price for a pedicure since she only has one leg?

  61. klmh says:

Such a great point Heather. I love her rant with these gals. Perfect

  62. Eastbayca says:

I would have stormed off with Heather.

  63. ATLnNYC09 says:

Thats a good point Heather. Why would Carole and Aviva exclude most of the people for dinner that they were on the trip with?

  64. Eastbayca says:

Ramona and Sonja had a point…dynamics DO CHANGE.

  65. Amalfi says:

I think Carol talks out of her ass.
    What a fake bitch.

    • WindyCityWondering says:

ITA in this case – she isn’t equipt to deal with the crazy me me me!

      • Amalfi says:

        lol Windy.

I love how Carole’s voiceover as she went to find Heather consisted of basically “no matter how sad I was about ….yada yada yada (probably ‘the death of my friends John and Caroline on a small place….’; yes, we get it – they drowned it sucked – and you’ve reminded us 79 times …. I just couldn’t let Heather be sad about anything I did that might’ve made her upset” or some shit like that.

Carole always acts like she is letting us in on the joke as she makes fun of others. I find it self serving. And besides, she’s on this show. The joke’s on her. πŸ™‚

        • JenninFL says:

You just completely summed up how I feel about Carole. I couldn’t put it into words but you did it perfectly! She is just as bad as the rest of them but tries to act like she is so superior. Sorry you’re not!!

        • Noelle says:

          Just now….
Carole AND Aviva DO have something IN common; both are consumed with self-love and being victims.
Damn….was hoping for so much more. What a shame.

    • Jules says:

      Carol is not so nice.

  66. Powell says:

Dang! I feel bad for all of them. A vaca from hell alright. I’m kinda thinking Scary Island might not have been as bad. Kelly was crazier than Aviva but this trip is totally crazy.

  67. Eastbayca says:

Is Aviva forgetting her father is George?

  68. Amalfi says:

How nice Aviva is so concerned about Sonja’s sex life yet thinks her perverted molester of a dad is oh tee hee funny.

    Messed up, Aviva.

  69. ATLnNYC09 says:

Aviva doesnt understand the definition of a girls trip. Its about flirting with boys, having fun, etc. You dont bring your bf or husband on a girls trip.

  70. Michele says:

OMG would Aviva just shut the heck up!!

  71. Powell says:

    That poor staff! :/

  72. MamaZ says:

    Aviva hate Sonja.

  73. Michele says:

    lol got to love Sonja!

  74. ATLnNYC09 says:

Damn Sonja just got in Aviva’s ass.

  75. Nancy says:

    Sonja, Sonja, Sonja…

  76. ATLnNYC09 says:

Ive been around a long time bitch, im old, lol. Gotta love Sonja.

  77. MamaZ says:

I don’t think any of the things Aviva is saying are about this trip. This is all about Harry.

  78. Eastbayca says:

Now i understand why Sonja is stumbling drunk….Aviva drove her to drink.

  79. Sus says:

As much as Aviva needs to shut it, I’m absolutely loving her calling SonJa out. I might be a prude but I think SonJa’s behavior is disgusting. She comes across as very desperado! Now more drunkenness is coming up – Gross!

  80. WindyCityWondering says:

Aviva has selective crazy – all Sonja all the time!

  81. Jules says:

Asshole just called them all overweight.

    • MamaZ says:

As a woman who battled an eating disorder as a young adult this bothers me. When can a woman just relax and be happy with her body? Sonja and Ramona look damn good for their age and some man wants to call them overweight? It’s the go to insult that is guarenteed to hurt a woman.

  82. MamaZ says:

And there it is! That’s a nasty remark from Reid.

  83. Nancy says:

Lulu does look pretty tonight and I’ve never siad that.

  84. klmh says:

    Love all these comments!

  85. ATLnNYC09 says:

Im gonna tell someone Return to Sender tomorrow, lol

  86. Zoey says:

If there was an all male trip and one woman joined in, it would totally change the dynamics! I can see Carole wanting to spend time with her bf, it was her idea to go there in the first place. Aviva then ruined everything, imo.

  87. FLG (Mr. Tigre's Butler) says:

ITA, all of Adiva’s anger directed at SonJa is really all about Harry!

  88. Michele says:

overweight middle aged women go wild? has he seen them in bikinis? I only wish I was even close to them. But since aviva and carol are two of the skinniest women I’ve seen in a while I guess a normal woman would look overweight to him.
Bad Reid! I liked you before that comment.

  89. Noelle says:

Lou…did you just crack a joke!! “what are we goin to do wih Aviva…Throw her over a cliff??”
I laughed…! SHOCKING! (Clutching my pearls!!)
It will be short lived..in 2 minutes I’ll dislike you again, but we had a moment!

  90. Γ‡a va says:

    Tweet from ADD

hey…im here tweeting live during an episode where i come off so annoying for a reason…i’m admitting it! we all have moments people!

  91. WindyCityWondering says:

Its old cast vs new cast….team anyone make me want to puke!

  92. klmh says:

    A good toast LuAnn

  93. Powell says:

She had a walk w/Tomas in the garden and got bruised? I bruise easily but Damn. From a walk in the garden? Sonja better stop sexing pirates in the bushes.

  94. MamaZ says:

Very rude of them to blow off the concert.

  95. Amalfi says:

lol… they are all so goofy. I can’t believe these are 50 yr old women. Sad.

  96. NJBev says:

what now all of a sudden you want to have some fun
    love it

  97. Michele says:

    Sweety! Sweety! Sweety!

  98. Eastbayca says:

Why was the cameraman zooming on Sonja’s ass? That is just disrespectful.

  99. klmh says:

Ramona’s bombed. Its ok, but I haven’t seen her so wiped.

  100. Amalfi says:

    Ramona is seriously bipolar.

  101. Noelle says:

    Shut UP Lou!!

  102. WindyCityWondering says:

IS Sonja having sex with the hair dryer??

  103. Amalfi says:

and Carole needs to end it with the ‘this is inelegant’ schtick. We heard you say butt sex.

  104. klmh says:

Couldn’t disagree with Aviva’s assessment of Sonja. Sad, but true.

  105. Powell says:

Ok Aviva. Sonja is like Anna Nicole Smith. Hmmm.

  106. Noelle says:

Carole, they don’t fall off the cliff….Lou throws them over!!

  107. Amalfi says:

But that dress looks really pretty on her.

  108. Serena says:

I’m sorry, but how is Sonja at all like Anna Nicole Smith?

  109. Powell says:

Oh lordy. Aviva’s gonna get pushed in the pool w/o her swim leg on. Is she gonna freak out?

  110. NJBev says:

    please dont drown sonja

  111. Kat from Ohio says:

wow. i guess i like heather now. weird.

  112. Noelle says:

    Sooo liking Heather!!

    • Noelle says:

Carole was nekked in zee pool!
Did Aviva take her by the hand, discipline her and give her a time~out?
      Inquiring minds want to know..please.

  113. klmh says:

Ramona, be a friend. Help Sonja.

  114. Powell says:

Sonja is toasted. Heather is acting like my kinda party girl. πŸ™‚

  115. Michele says:

okay i did not want to see that much Sonja

  116. MamaZ says:

Heather was my favorite person on the trip. Jumping in the pool in that beautiful dress was so much more cooler than swimming naked.

  117. Sus says:

Aviva is right. SonJa is on a downward spiral

  118. Powell says:

Why is Sonja totally naked under her dress?

  119. Eastbayca says:

Heather is the winner this episode….Avivadive is the biggest loser.

  120. Powell says:

Well the last 5 minutes was the best part of the vaca.

Next week looks even better everyone! πŸ™‚

  121. Powell says:

Ok I’m watching The New Normal.

  122. Noelle says:

I must say, after the bowels of NJ…This was downright refreshing! JMO πŸ™‚

  123. Michele says:

These group vacations don’t seem like a very good idea

  124. Eastbayca says:

Ohh boy Reid and his comment didn’t earn Aviva any like on twitter.

  125. Powell says:

Uh uh. The New Normal. A little person, a mother was at the playground w/her daughter then left the playground in a little girl Barbie car. LOL. πŸ™‚

  126. Powell says:

    Has anyone watched Basketball Wives,LA?

  127. ATLnNYC09 says:

I have to go to work in the morning. I deserve a red carpet, a banner and a party too.

  128. Γ‡a va says:

ADD’s blog is up. Looks like she has been reading some of the bad PR she’s gotten. She doesn’t want to lose her job is my guess. Not like she’s really sorry about showing who she really is. She is so unlikable. I have to mute her scenes. Can’t listen to her nasty, whiny voice with her smug little grimaces, reminds me of the Grinch when he is plotting destruction and mayhem.

    • Lady Chatterley says:

She has become completely unlikable – amazing how quickly that happened. She’s such an ugly person.

  129. Zoey says:

Whew, Aviva has my BP up. Don’t know why but she is really getting under my skin. I hope she is getting slammed on Twiiter!

  130. Powell says:

Anna Ferris and her husband are getting divorced. So sad. I thought they looked very sweet together and seemed so in love. But we only see the red carpet side of these stars so we have no idea what’s really going on. 😦

  131. Just finished watching on dvr. I had a bored mtg tonite that ran late. Aviva is a b#tch! She wanted an effing banner????? My like for Carol had been waning & tonite I did not like her at all. She really is a Princess & Aviva is the Court Jester…cray cray!

  132. Powell says:

Since we’ve gotten to see Sonja naked for 3 episodesid you notice her stomach? Remember she had Lipo on her stomach last season? She must’ve had more done cause her stomach isn’t flat, it’s bumpy.

  133. Powell says:

Now I’m watching Matthew Perry’s comedy Go On.

  134. WindyCityWondering says:

Aviva needs to stop telling people not to take that tone with me or to lower their voice. Ramona called it – AvivaDiva is a crazy BUZZKILL. She can own anything she wants but to not act like an asshat in the first place should be her goal.

    • WCW, I know! She can yell & use that tone & then call someone else out?! I swear, I would have left….but I guess this is in their contracts. How many episodes left? I’m nearly done!

    • lilylynn says:

I was just going to post about the whole “change your tone/lower your voice” thing that Avira shouts out during her arguments – it’s like she’s talking to one of her kids.

Everything clearly needs to revolve around Avira. Notice how upset she got when she was finally ready to let go and party on the last night, but Ramonja just to wanted to chill and pack suitcases. God she must be exhausting to live with. F***ing banners and red carpets all day long!

  135. Powell says:

You know LuAnn didn’t want to argue, she wanted it to just be te ladies but was like whatever; Heather surprise, surprise had enough of both sides of it and just wanted to have fun and Aviva was trying to be layed back and please everyone. Sonja, Ramona and AvivaDiva where like Linda Blair in the Exorcist. Those 3 just kept the twists and turns going in Paradise.

    • I still don’t like Heather; she hasn’t redeemed herself in my eyes. And I’m not liking Carole right now either! Wish I would have written this Bravo show off with all the others…

  136. Eastbayca says:

best line of the night “return to sender” by Sonja.

  137. Welp, gonna watch Warehouse 13 on Syfy. SciFi, mystery, fantasy, comedy….nothing like RH! Sweet dreams.

  138. NJBev says:

they are showing reruns right now about basketball wives LA~

oh no, it’s the beginning of the season premier and the bad guy is “Jackie”

  139. Prince Ali says:

Sonja is allowed to get drunk. It is a vacation. If she chooses to have sex that is her choice, I’m sure when she is with her daughter she is responsible. Again, this was a vacation, she was allowed to relax and flirt around. If she had anal sex I have no issue –whatever two consenting adults do is none of my business. I’m glad she knows how to let lose. Aviva was way too much of a dama queen. There is a big difference with a hook up and having your husband stay in the villa. It completely changes the dynamic.

    • NJBev says:

well, I agree with most of what you say, I don’t think Sonja will
ever let her daughter see these episodes, if she can help it,
which she can, up to a point. But the time will come when she will
have to explain herself to her child. My theory is that when her
daughter sees these shows she will feel nothing but empathy for
her Mother. She see’s how her dad and new wife live and will
realize how heartbroken her Mother was left. It’s obvious that
Sonja is hurting big time. She is falling apart.
But it also so important to remember
that this show is her only source of employment and she
needs the money and must stay relevant and also wants to
stick it to her ex~ “look how relevant I still am, see what you’re
missing?!” I’m still beautiful(which she is) people like me(which they do)
and I am popular (and she is). she is also the breakout star of RHONY
Sonja is allowed to have fun. she is a bit of a lightweight, and should slow
down. But to have a good time, Oh Yes, she is entitled.

    • hawkmoon947 says:

Sonja was once a young, pretty and lively trophy wife in an older jet set crowd. The kind of people who think that going without underwear is naughty and risquΓ© and are charmed by meals cooked in a toaster oven (just like regular folk!). However, unless you’re born into this lifestyle, you can always be replaced by someone younger and prettier, which is what happened to our girl. Please grow up, Sonja. Be a strong, assertive woman and less of a Snooki.

  140. I Need A Life! says:

Aviva is incredibly rude. Her name calling is borish. Even if Sonja is acting like a fool, don’t hit below the belt in front of cameras. “Here comes the judge.”

And what’s with the use and overuse of the word, “elegant,” to describe behavior. Carole and Aviva need a new adjective.

  141. VV says:

No Mazel for Lynn tonight either. 😦

  142. ATLnNYC09 says:

Aviva, your not special. You wrap all your bitchiness around the excuse of neuroses and phobias. The bottom line is all the bf/husbands should have been able to come or none of them. They shouldnt have made the exception for this nut job. This is one of the reasons she came on the trip acting like a spoiled brat.

  143. Cityside says:

Thanks for the anniversary wishes. And yes, my Mom and Dad are still here, they will both turn 82 in November. And I found out my 2nd daughter is having a baby…yippee for them and us!
    I want a boy, no I want a girl, no a boy, no a girl….ok just a healthy baby.

  144. Nancy says:

    Good night ladies.

  145. Cityside says:

Did anyone see the season finale of Drop Dead Diva…..OH MY! This is going to be fun to watch.

  146. Contessa says:

Well we see Aviva continue her nasty behavior and do her me, me, me, me. It was a continuous choris that was getting on everyone’s nerves. I cannot believe she busted into Ramonjas room and started shrieking again. I simply would have slapped her, like the in the movies when people get hysterical. What I found astounding is Adiva going after Sonja, does she remember her father telling her friends, at dinner, that he could give them a squirting orgasm…who the hell does she think she is.

I felt bad for Carole being in the middle of all this. She was very clear that she was visiting Russ and celebrating the completion of her book. They knew going in she was going to spend time with Russ – that was a given. Carole should have not gotten any grief from anyone about her guy being there, as it was upfront. Adiva coming with Reid threw off the entire balance of the trip, not only because of Reid, but also the dynamic changed with her arrival mid-stream. The girls were already in their rhythm and now adding in a new arrival who is a spoiled neurotic, me me me mess. The one who came out best on this trip was Heather, and normally Carole is my favorite, but I did not like her going to dinner with Aviva and her idiot husband, and not calling Reid on his comment. That was inexcusable and nasty. Aviva looks older than both Ramona and Sonja (I have a large plasma screen and she looks awful up close in comparison to the others).

I did feel bad for Carole that this all brought back memories of her H and John and Carolynn…those are things one cannot control. Aviva going on and on about the small plane at lunch would have put me over the edge as well. I just read the blogs from the merry wives of NY, the only two that are missing are Carole and Sonja. I am looking forward to reading what they have to say. I wonder who is now friends with who, after this past season?

  147. hldc says:

This is HD. Just stopping by to say hello. Glad to see the blog is going strong. I missed a lot of tonight and will have to watch it again but Aviva is working my nerves! Something that always bothers me is when these women are on vacation why do they ALL need to hang out and do stuff together all the time?

I am not sure if this has been mentioned but I shop at Shoe Dazzle online and Nene has a new shoe named after her that supposedly she designed. I do not like the shoe. Not for me.

  148. mrs peabody says:

I want to know what right Aviva has to tell Sonja she can’t pick up guys and bring them home for sex. Sonja is a grown woman, single and can sex with any one she wants and any way she wants. Sonja is not in a relationship and if she wants to pick up strangers so be it, it’s her health. Also why does Aviva think she has a right to call Sonja on something that happened when she wasn’t even there and for the record Sonja did not bring a guy home he was already there. And Luann did him first but I don’t see her calling Luann out. If Sonja and any of the other ladies want to get drunk and Aviva doesn’t like it she can go stay at a hotel herself, no one is stopping her. She is not the hostess and it is not her right to try and call the shots. If she had such a problem with how Sonja and Ramona were acting she could have gone and stayed at a hotel. I also think her and Carole were wrong in not inviting all the women to that dinner, this was a girls weekend and all should have been included. Even if it wasn’t a girl’s weekend all the people staying at the house should have been invited, afterall who has a house full of guest (and they were Carole’s guest) and excludes half of them for dinner. Poor manners in my book.

  149. boston02127 says:

I don’t understand Carole. She is vacationing at a place where she & her deceased husband have vacationed before and not a tear in site. Someone brings up the words “small plane” and she leaves the room crying over people she knew for less than 3 years.

Yes, it’s tragic and I’m sorry that happen, but not one tear for her husband? On top of that she’s pushing a book about her deceased husband while pushing her b/f Russ Irwin’s CD’s.

Also, if you follow the time line of JFK Jr & Carolyn Bessette-Kennedy before the accident and compare it with what Carole writes in her book, they were not as close as Carole writes about. Not even close.

I think Carole is trying very hard to come off as cool & hip and sadly joking about drugs & alcohol but in reality she is a gold digger. And I didn’t like the story of her ignoring her mother walking down the street in NY (while with her husband at the time) and ignoring her because she was embarrassed by her.

    • Lady Chatterley says:

I’m losing my initial crush on Carole – she’s coming across as a snob – she’s subtle about it (usually), but it’s there. I don’t like it.

    • Winston says:

What?? Is that true about ignoring her mother? Is that in her book? I can’t think of any reason EVER to ignore your mother walking down the street. No way ever!!

    • kit9 says:

Excellent point about not be sad about being in a place she was last at with her deceased husband. About the plane thing. One thing that was driving me nuts hearing Carole go on about not wanting to fly on small planes because of the crash…..um, that crash had nothing to do with the fact that it was a small plane or the higher number ofcrashes with small planes…it had to do with selfish arrogant as*hole JFK Jr. flying a plane he had no business flying. It could have been a 767 but if you don’t know how to fly it, it’s going to crash. JKFjr wasn’t an instrument pilot. Ie, he diddn’t have an effing clue what all those knobs and gauges are for. Until this crash, I thought you HAD to know the instruments to be able to fly. But, no. There are weekend fliers who simply follow a set of steps, like a monkey, and they are allowed to fly-which to me is insane. Anyway, JFKjr didn’t let little things like it being dark and him not being an instrument pilot(which, fyi, are NECESSARY when it’s dark and cloudy and you can’t see the horizon) get in his ego, adrenalin loving way. And two women paid the price. The Bessette family filed and won a wrongful death suit against his estate.

      • vilzvet says:

All good points. I also recall that at the time of the crash JFK Jr. was just recovering from a broken ankle. He had no business flying that tiny plane and taking two innocent sisters down with him. I cannot imagine the pain of those girls’ parents. The small amount they “won” (supposedly 6M) is nothing. I think Carole had a huge girl crush on Carolyn, and yes it was only a relationship of a couple of years.

        • Orson says:

I read the NTSC report on the crash. The ankle had nothing to do with it. The crash was caused by 1/3 husband error and 2/3 pilot error. They took off 2 hours later than planned because wife and sister-in-law wasted that time finishing packing and doing last minute things. That was the husband error for not taking that into account in his planning or not cracking down on them. JFK Jr. WAS taking Instrument training, He didn’t have his rating, but he had completed the first 11 or 12 phases of it. When they finally got to the airport, an instructor pilot (with an IFR rating) there offered to come along as co-pilot but JFK turned the offer down. For what it’s worth, it was still daylight with good visibility when they took off. Pilot Error 1. But it takes time to fly from NYC to Martha’s Vineyard and somewhere/time on the way the conditions changed. Pilot Error 2 was JFK getting confused in the evening haze mixed with twilight and chose to fly by what he could see instead of what the instruments were telling him and flew into the ocean.

    • PJ says:

To be fair Carole would have known JFK Jr as long as she knew her husband, not just three years. Never heard the story about her mother, where did that come from?

    Hey Lady C,

If you are still around, please check your E-mail. Thanks!

  152. Christi44 says:

How nice that Adiva is jumping on the royalty train with Princess Carole and C*ntess Luann by trying to take both the crazy crown from Kelly and the hypocrite crown from Vicki. You go Adiva, you’re almost there. It looks like next week she may get them both.

  153. Christi44 says:

When Ramonja jokingly stated they might see their picture when the googled white trash, who else expected them to actually pull up a picture of Tamra?

  154. all blogs up but carol’s. she used to be first. i think she reads everyone’s before posting now. not liking her.

  155. ATLnNYC09 says:

Carole’s behavior is very telling. She tries to ride both sides of the fence but in her talking heads she slams everyone. That is the definition of two-faced. Heather seems to be the type that comes off most neutral. She can clearly see both sides of a situation (not in the beginning of the season but now) and she can tell you how she feels without berating someone. I was totally in agreement with most of what she had to say in last night’s episode.

    • LaineyLainey says:

True, Atl. I still like Carole, but she is showing her imperfections more and more. Nobody’s perfect. But Heather doesn’t pretend to be a friend to all, so I can see what you mean about C being two-faced. That’s Carole’s flaw, I suppose; wanting to be liked by everyone (but liking no one) so they will open up to her (she IS a writer after all). I guess if I had to pick the kind of person I’d want in my life, it would be Heather because she is honest and will tell you what she feels about you which can be off-putting, but it’s better than lulling you into a sense of security and then mocking you behind your back.

      • Orson says:

Is it possible that Carole got the reputation for being the good one earlier in the season (maybe due to editing) and now that she doesn’t seem to be living up to her rep, folks are now beginning to dislike her?

        • LaineyLainey says:

Could be, Orson. She’s also becoming more “real” to us. A Real person isn’t perfect. No one expected her to be perfect, but maybe I’d hoped? and “good” is relative on these shows…reality (not show business reality) can be eye-opening. It’s better to know the truth, imo. This doesn’t take away from her intelligence and incredible sense of humor; she still possesses those qualities. Those qualities are now balanced out by some not so flattering personality flaws. Just like the rest of ’em. Not unlike The rest of us.
