Let’s Chat – New York

From Bravo’s Website:

“Back home after the crazy trip, Ramona invites Sonja and LuAnn to their mutual friend’s home for a dinner party. LuAnn brings Jacques, causing Ramona and Sonja to speculate over whether or not she’s told him the truth about what happened with Tomas in St. Barths. Meanwhile, Carole is in for a surprise when Sonja takes her to her shirt tailor, only to find he is one of Carole’s former suitors. In an attempt to put St Barth’s behind them, Sonja and Aviva for dinner, but all does not go as planned.”

LuAnn got a break for a few episodes while Aviva’s drama took center stage, but once again the Tomas – Luann affair is brought up.  I’ve got to say that I find it icky that Sonja went for sloppy seconds.  Surely there was more than one dirty pirate in St. Barths.  I also find it icky that Sonja keeps making reference to her encounter with Tomas – in the garden – bruises – etc.  I have to wonder if she is “owning it” – knowing that Aviva blasted her for her slutty behavior and Carole and Heather outed the intimate details of her encounter with Tomas.  She couldn’t possibly be proud of picking up the icky pirate.

Aviva and Sonja will continue the fight to New York.  Speaking of Aviva – with the reunion around the corner – one thing I’d love to know is why the double standard.  LuAnn gets a pass when she brings a stranger back to the villa – but Sonja is a slut?  I don’t follow the logic.  Both of them slept with her ex – Harry – why treat them differently.

Denials from Clooney on ever having a relationship with Carole – which makes you go hmmmm.  Seems like a strange rumor to start.

And finally Heather.  She came away with viewer’s respect for the way she handled herself in St. Barths.  Unfortunately she topped a worst dressed list as the show aired.

  1. Sus says:

I think SonJa keeps bringing it up because for some absurd reason she’s proud of it. As to the sloppy seconds, I didn’t see any other man there that night. Lumann’s discard was all she could get.

    LOL @ dirty pirate

  2. Powell says:

NY is much more saner than NJ.

  3. Powell says:

Huh. I picked Ramona as “the hostess with the mostest”. She really did her best at keeping Scary Island calm from Kelly and Jill. She didn’t try to please both sides flip flopping like Carole.

  4. klmh says:

It should be interesting to see what these ladies have to say about their trip. Looks like Sonja puts ADiva in her place. Good, imo.

    • WindyCityWondering says:

That will be an interesting convo

      • klmh says:

I don’t think you did, but did you mean on the latter blog that you sent me a message? If so, I never received it. I don’t think the note was meant for me though.

        • WindyCityWondering says:

Oopsie! I don’t like to cite other blogs here but throughout the day most of the other HW blogs got mentioned who have don’t a lot of “investigative” work that give more understanding of some of the backstory off the show.

          • klmh says:

OK. So it substantiated your post about the producers being fired. Problem is, I didn’t see the anything connected to the Manzo bias, but that’s ok. I trust your judgment.

    • kidsrfunny says:

I should hope so! Someone needed to on vaca but no one could get a word in. Obviously, from Aviva’s blogs she realizes what a mess she made of things; however, when tonight’s episode was filmed, she was still in the cray-cray and had not seen the episodes. Poor thing.

  5. AZGirl says:

OT I am still catching up on NJ. First, there is no freaking way that Albie girlfriend is real. Second, as I mentioned earlier Mel and Joey are totally uncultured and nothing is more embarrassing than that meeting with the music producers at The Russian Tea Room. No only did they not know the significance of that restaurant as the place for entertainment dealings, Mel acted like highschool. Joey look high and clueless. Complete uncultured morons.
    Kim D’s extensions are horrendous.

    Carry on……I will be back

    • Sus says:

I’m catching up too. When Caroline got irritated with Jacqueline complaining about her weight, I noticed something. Jacqueline is small but her big fake boobs give her about 20 pounds that really isn’t there.

    • klmh says:

I don’t know these people, but they are not the epitome of style or taste. They lack knowledge, and that is not to say they aren’t intelligent, like I am because I misspell intelligent every day of my life, but these people have not been around the block. They know their territory, their life and their business, but to me, that’s the tale for these NJ housewives. Its not a well internationally or nationally rounded group, imo.

  6. BB says:

Ramona has my vote as hostess with the mostess. She turned Jill Zarin right around and sent her on her way, thereby avoiding any more craziness. Her other guests deserved at least one day of enjoyment after Kra Kra was escorted off the island.

  7. cdnfillie58 says:

I’m still scratching my head at Peter Guidice being at the fashion show…is he maybe the next addition to this cast of crazies?.

    • klmh says:

I think someone else mentioned this on the last blog here. It had to do with the fact that this was a bar of sorts and many of the men were there.

      • Lady Chatterley says:

And his friendship with the bald guy and his associates that were setting up Melissa. He’s been on twitter w/them for the past year, blasting Melissa and everyone associated with her. He’s referred to it as his “war.”

  8. Heather has a comment for us 🙂

    Heather Thomson ‏@iamHeatherT
@NMDLynnfam awww miss thang, love that dress:( but U can hate it!! 😉 @Carole did date George. Clooney that is…not Dresher! Lol!!

  9. Do you think Sonja is playing up the slut role? “Ya know, if they’re gonna call me one, I’ll just go along with it & give em more to talk about!”
I guess I just don’t want to believe she would touch that after Lulu.

  10. klmh says:

I loved that dress on you Heather. No kidding.

  11. AZGirl says:

Still OT: Teresa was totally set up on this. Kim D’s face says it all. This really pisses me off because I know Bravo is behind this and it sucks. If the reunion is a gang up on Tre, Bravo can suck it.

  12. AZGirl says:

Ok NY is on. Total set of Tre on NJ and I am appalled. Trust me, Mel’s history is going to come out and it has nothing to do with stripping.

  13. LavaLady says:

    Oh my LuAnn

  14. cdnfillie58 says:

Is anyone else having to log in every time you want to leave a post?

  15. LavaLady says:

  16. WindyCityWondering says:

Alright Sonja, what is with the 1920 flappers headband? I think all those guys are gone….

  17. How funny that Ramona is trying to confide in LuAnn – what a change from the beginning of the season.

  18. melthehound says:

What would the wrong impression be LuLu?

  19. melthehound says:

She was invaded by the body snatchers.

  20. klmh says:

I love this conversation with Heather and Carole. Thats what it should be about. You go girls!

  21. Eastbayca says:

Would Aviva disapprove of Heather and Carole night out?

  22. melthehound says:

Ah St Barts part 943… Is this trip ever going to be over?

  23. AZGirl says:

Holy crap I would be under the table. Yes I carry wine well but hard liquor takes me down on one drink. I would be so sick after all those shots. Funny, Heather and Carole hold their own. Go girls!

  24. Powell says:

Two epis in a roe and I’m liking Heather. That was fun. Heather & Carole flirting w/gay guys and getting drunk. 🙂

    • Sus says:

When I was young and wild, we would go to gay clubs. The guys loved dancing with us all night. It was such a blast.

  25. Ça va says:

    ADD tweets:
    Aviva Drescher ‏@AvivaDrescher
I am ADIVA!!! Delicous, I Love laughter, Very loyal and A great friend !!!

  26. Sus says:

I always wonder about women that talk about being size queens. Does that mean that Heather is as wide as a bowling alley down there?
Sorry, I am ashamed. I can’t help when these thoughts come into my head. Once you think it, you can’t forget it.

  27. AZGirl says:

Heather hang on to your wallet.. Lulu is the Houdini of lunch tabs

  28. WindyCityWondering says:

So LuAnn is getting the sensible one edit?

  29. Eastbayca says:

    Lulu is phony….

  30. lovemamaearth says:

    did ramona host scary island?

  31. AZGirl says:

What? Everyone brought suitcases for purses?

  32. MamaZ says:

    I’m late as usual.

  33. Heather & Lulu won’t even allow that Ramona’s feelings could be hurt! B#tches!

  34. Bethenny’s Big Announcement
For those of you who missed me on The Ellen Show today, I’m so excited to announce that my talk show has been picked up!!! I cannot wait for you all to see how much fun we have everyday and how much YOU really drive the conversation. Thank you all for the support this summer. I could not have done it without the help and support of YOU or Ellen Degeneres.

  35. Eastbayca says:

Loved Carole’s comment but it seemed to have gone over Aviva’s head

  36. Ça va says:

    Carole tweets:
    Carole Radziwill ‏@CaroleRadziwill
@CountessLuAnn is choking on one of her eggs….and she only has a few left. Be more careful!!!

  37. austin1963 says:

OMG, Adiva, just stop talking. If I hear about her anxieties and phobias one more time, I’m gonna puke.

    • WindyCityWondering says:

AvivaDiva – no one bought your crap the first time – give it a freaking rest! Ugh

    • kidsrfunny says:

Oh geez, I’m watching football. Is Adiva still talking about the phobias she doesn’t want to draw attention to?

(sorry for ending in a preposition, don’t feel like fixing it)

  38. MamaZ says:

I think they are misreading Ramona and Sonja’s friendship.

    • Lady Chatterley says:

Intentionally – Adiva is trying to “pathologize” something that they share that’s genuine and mutually supportive. She’s doing all she can to poison that well – get the other girls to join her in the bullying. She’s a piece of work.

  39. I am so tired of Aviva going on about this.

  40. ktinct says:

Really, Aviva states that Sonja is always with Ramona because she is insecure……. Ummm really, Aviva??? Who is attached at the hip to Reid….. And then goes on to babble about her lack if a welcome banner……..

  41. Eastbayca says:

Aviva….Carole was the host not Ramona or Sonja!
What does she have against Ramona?

  42. STFU Avivadiva! Heather, cut Ramona some slack! Grr! I’m bout done with this franchise too!

  43. austin1963 says:

That trip was the *worst* time she ever had in her entire life. In that case, she’s led an incredibly charmed life!

In any case, she really needs to STFU.

    • Eastbayca says:

It is the “worst” time but she keeps bringing it up….

    • MamaZ says:

I was thinking the same thing, lol. I know many, many people who would trade places with Aviva in a heartbeat. Even minus the leg. People who aren’t sure how they are going to feed their families.

    • doxienurse says:

See, I would have thought that the act of losing her leg would have been the worse time of her life. I would anything else would be butterflies and kittens next to that.

  44. klmh says:

Loved that comment from Heather, about ADiva reliving the St Barth’s adventure. Heather is not only bringing reason to this group, she is handling these b*tches with ease. This is the smart one of the bunch.

  45. melthehound says:

Did Lulu just skip on another lunch check? I”m about 5 minutes behind you guys and listening to the show.

  46. Powell says:

Me, me, me, me, me. It’s all about me and you just live in my orbit. –
Aviva. I’m tired just from those few minutes of her talking about herself and Ramona is low class and they didn’t open their arms to Reid. Is anyone going to bring up that Reid needs to apologize for the “old and fat comment?

  47. melthehound says:

Disgusting behavior is right, Adiva… Your behavior was disgusting.

  48. MamaZ says:

  49. austin1963 says:

“You might not be cut out to be a hostess” – lol!

  50. Powell says:

Her we go kids. Me, me, me.

  51. MamaZ says:

We felt bad about you being there too Aviva.

  52. ktinct says:

    I’m loving Heather right now….

  53. klmh says:

OMG, I just saw ADiva take a bite of food. First time.

  54. Michele says:

Holy crap! Aviva let it go!!

  55. Eastbayca says:

ohhh the bullying word from Aviva….the bloody hypocrite.

  56. austin1963 says:

They were bullying her? She pinned them down, as I recall. . .

  57. MamaZ says:

OMG did she just say she was bullied?

  58. Not liking Carol. She won’t speak up but talks about them behind their back and claims “snarl”!
Aviva has led an effing charmed life if this trip was the worse thing that happened to her…(i know, the leg)

  59. MamaZ says:

    Go Heather!

  60. Eastbayca says:

    I am liking Heather….strange.

  61. AZGirl says:

Holla Heather is shutting down ADIVA!.

    • MamaZ says:

Heather and Carole both make the mistake of thinking they are talking to reasonable people. So they try to be diplomatic and make suggestions. You can’t do that with Ramona,Sonja LuAnn and Aviva. The only hear the parts they want to hear and discount the rest.

  62. melthehound says:

Please tell me this dumbass trip is going to be over next week. Was that Carole that just called them a bunch of Narcissistic Drunk Ladies?

  63. WindyCityWondering says:

Considering AvivaDiva’s mother was an alcoholic might be clouding her judgement – she doesn’t drink and no one else should I am guessing.

  64. MamaZ says:

    Shut the f**k up Aviva!

  65. cdnfillie58 says:

Why are Heather and Carole finding it hard to tell Aviva to shut up about me me me

  66. WindyCityWondering says:

Alright, Carole is going to mess with AvivaDiva – pink cigarettes? LOL

  67. MamaZ says:

LMAO – I haven’t seen those pink cigs since HS. All the girls I knew who smoked bought cigarettes to match their prom gowns! You could get them at the cigar store.

  68. cdnfillie58 says:

Bad timing I just lost my satellite signal 😦

  69. klmh says:

Im so happy Sonja and Ramona are besties. So nice for both.

  70. klmh says:

Poor thing. She is still, never mind. Ramona just said it.

  71. WindyCityWondering says:

    And here it comes…….

  72. Powell says:

Do you think Sonja got her settlement?

    • Countess Lillybee says:

I think that if she did, it would be page 6 news.

    • Sus says:

I hope so. I hate it when these rich people screw over an ex-spouse. That guy’s lifestyle would not change if he gave half of what he has. He doesn’t even have to do that.
How do these people face their kids when they don’t do the right thing in regards to money with their exes?

    • Orson says:

I don’t know, but maybe we haven’t seen her toaster oven for sale anywhere because the settlement worked out in such a manner that she doesn’t need to sell the product to make ends meet?

  73. Powell says:

People w/old money don’t like to lose any of it to anyone.

    • Sus says:

I know. It is gross though. I felt the same with the Anna Nicole Smith saga. The old man’s son didn’t want to give Anna the money the old man left her so he went to court. It was so bad because the old man really did want Anna to have that money. The son’s net worth wouldn’t change a lick by giving her the $5 million or whatever it was. It was a drop in the bucket compared to the all the money involved.
The court case made a spectacle out of the son. Why put yourself through that? Just pay the money and move on. It’s one thing if you will be broke afterwards, but a whole other thing if it doesn’t matter.

      • Powell says:

And then he died. He was an idiot. He spent more in lawyers fees than to just give her the money and also enjoy the rest of his life. The sad thing is her daughter Dannilyn’s lawyer(of her mom’s estate) have to continue that fight.

        • Sus says:

That’s right! The son died soon after. I do think the son settled with Larry Birkhead for Dannilynn.
Oh man, remember how Anna’s son died right before her. What a screwed up situation!

        • Just Wondering in Jersey says:

There is no fight. The courts said no money to Anna Nicole or Dannilynn.

  74. Eastbayca says:

You can tell from Sonja’s face that she is not buying Aviva’s words.

  75. MamaZ says:

She did mean to hurt Sonja’s feelings. That’s why she said those things!

  76. boston02127 says:

Carole’s tweet~~~Hard to hear @SonjatMorgan talk about her ex husband. He’s a bum and she’s worried about looking good for him. I need a drink. #bomb

  77. Eastbayca says:

    How did Ramona dupe Aviva?

  78. Powell says:

    Duped? Huh? Someone.

  79. Powell says:

Vassar degree at work here kids.

  80. MamaZ says:

Ramona was self centered? Yep, but no more than Aviva.

  81. austin1963 says:

At least Ramona owns it. Adiva is making me nauseated.

  82. She is so full of it. She’s changing her story now. Morals? I over you!

  83. MamaZ says:

    Nobody disrespected Reid.

  84. Scorpiosue1102 says:

Adiva needs to get over herself. She is way too much.

  85. austin1963 says:

Sonja: “I’ve over you” to Advia. ROFL!

    We’re over her, too, Sonja!

  86. Scorpiosue1102 says:

Yay Sonja to say that she is over Adiva!!!! Good for her!

  87. Eastbayca says:

Aviva make me want to throw something at the tv. I hope Andy doesn’t invite her back next season.

    • austin1963 says:

I agree. No housewife has gotten on my last nerve as much as Adiva since Koo-Koo Kelly. And that’s saying something.

    • WindyCityWondering says:

She belongs in the one season category.

    • Ça va says:

She’ll probably threaten to make his life a living hell if he doesn’t invite her back! She will want to try to redeem herself. Wonder if her blog will be another apology? To paraphrase her: don’t care if you’re sorry or not, don’t do it again! Apparently she can’t help being a miserable excuse for a human being.

  88. MamaZ says:

I think everyone is wrong about Sonja being Ramona’s sidekick. It’s the other way around.

  89. cusi77 says:

Run Sonja, run, but first let her have it! Tell her who was the rude one there!

  90. ktinct says:

Aviva can’t get out of her own way….. What, An. Idiot.

  91. Countess Lillybee says:

I think Aviva was trying to destroy Ramona and Sonja’s friendship.

  92. MamaZ says:

Yes Aviva, you were ranting and raving!

  93. WindyCityWondering says:

Waiting for that “don’t take that tone with me”

  94. melthehound says:

She’s from Vassar speaks one and a half languages and can do no wrong. Just ask her. Again, Aviva disrespected her Own husband.

  95. Eastbayca says:

Aviva didn’t get the memo…..Ramona and Sonja have been friends for 15 years.

    • Lady Chatterley says:

And that’s an amazing thing – takes a lot of heart, humility, large doses of forgiveness to nurture a friendship for that long.

  96. Eastbayca says:

Ohhh next week is gonna be a doozy…Ramona throws George out of a party!

  97. Powell says:

Uh oh! Ramona has George escorted out.

  98. cdnfillie58 says:

R u kidding me…next week is gonna be wow….Im loving this season more than I thought 🙂

  99. Woohoo! Ramona had George kicked out! That woman’s got a set of ovaries on her!

  100. MamaZ says:

I will enjoy seeing that old creep George tossed out on his horny old butt.

    • LaineyLainey says:

I can just hear him “don’t make me leave, I’m erect.” Hey don’t freak out people, he does talk like that. Not I!!! him! It’s a George loose-quote.

      • Lady Chatterley says:

Ugh – And Aviva just shakes her head and laughs. But, she finds Ramona and Sonja morally reprehensible – she’s SO messed up – please, please get help, Adiva.

  101. Scorpiosue1102 says:

Wow! Preview of next week. Adiva is some piece of work. She’s not just a dog with a bone, but she’s a dog that keeps burying the bone, digging it up, gnaws on it and the repeats the process. As Lynn would say, “I am not a fan.”

  102. austin1963 says:

I can’t believe he grabbed her arm. What an ass.

Does Adiva really need her sex-pervert daddy to take up for her?

  103. MamaZ says:

Aviva is out for blood and I don’t really understand why she hates them so much.

  104. Eastbayca says:

With next week, it is going to be FIVE episodes of Aviva ranting and raving at Sonja and Ramona.

  105. melthehound says:

    She’s a liability… YOU GO SONJA!

  106. Scorpiosue1102 says:

I cannot wait to see what Ramona says on WWHL tonight. This reunion is going to be a doozy.

  107. doxienurse says:

Wonder if when Sonja walked out of Aviva, Aviva continued her rant against Sonja to the waiter. I bet she told every one she saw about her supposed experience.

  108. melthehound says:

I think Ramona is a better friend to Sonja than ANY of these other heifers have ever been.

  109. melthehound says:

Oh good lord. St Barts and Chicklet George part 944 coming next week. I can’t wait for London to come flying back up.

  110. Ça va says:

Where is the petition to sign to get that woman and her trashy dad off the show?

  111. Damn, wish I drank more. Gonna switch to SyFy to calm down. I wish some of my acquaintences acted like this so I could smack em down. Latent anger, ya think?

  112. ramonacoaster says:

I’m glad Sonja didn’t buy Aviva’s BS and told her straight out what she thought. Aviva was just trying to butter her up to try to talk smack about Ramona.

    • WindyCityWondering says:

Sonja had Aviva’s number from the jump! And Aviva tried honey and resorted to vinegar when Sonja wouldn’t buy her craptastic nonsense.

      • I Need A Life! says:

I said this before, but Sonja has street smarts that you can’t learn at Vassar. They don’t teach how to recognize bull crap. I wish I had the balls to stand up to people like, The Supremes..otherwise known as, Aviva and Reid. I’d LOVE to say, “I’m over you.”

      • Lady Chatterley says:

🙂 She crossed Sonja – Sonja warned her in St. Barths. Adiva is only just now realizing who she’s taken on….

  113. Powell says:

boston is funny you all. She tweeted to Aviva “Please cancel my subscription to your issues”. HA!!

  114. KTinCT says:

Why am I in lower case 😦

  115. ramonacoaster says:

Just peeked at Aviva’s blog “Well judging by some of of the comments, it appears a few of you have torn the leg off a Barbie and made a little Aviva Voodoofest in your basements! Sheeeeeesh. ” Did she just call the audience witches? What a piece of work! Bwahaha! I’m gonna get my cauldron out.

    • KTinCT says:

Wow, she just doesn’t get it….

    • Sus says:

      She’s wrong. I’m using a Brat’s doll.

      • doxienurse says:

Had to bring up the amputation too. Didn’t she? Guess what Aviva, you are not the first and not the last with an amputation.

        • I Need A Life! says:

Did she compare herself to Barbie? Oye. Why insult Barbie like that?

        • austin1963 says:

Not to mention that she has vastly more resources than 99.9% of the world’s amputees. When I think of the children in war-torn countries who have limbs blown off by landmines or our troops who have been dealt these terrible IED injuries, I get disgusted by Adiva and feel embarrassed for her, in a way. Her pain and loss are real, no doubt, but at some point, a little grace and dignity about it would go a long way. Not everyone can order up prostheses that cost many, many thousands of dollars to go with every occasion. Her charity for amputee children notwithstanding, I feel like everyone’s really done with Adiva and her leg (due to accident which happened 35 years ago).

          • Sus says:

You said it! How many kids have 3 limbs – one for swimming even! Kids grow so fast, you know that they don’t have 3 legs to choose from.
Aviva has surpassed my hatred for Silex and SonJa. Never thought that could happen.
Whoever said above that she has S2itis is so right. Aviva is revolting to me.

        • Lady Chatterley says:

Yeah – bringing attention to her missing leg – again!

      • PJ says:

        Do they make delusional B****dolls?

    • Ça va says:

Damn, so she’s not just insulting R&S now, but the commenters also? We are to blame for her hideous behavior? Even though this was filmed over eight months ago before any of us knew anything about her? Has war been declared? Mofo, the gloves are off now!

    • melthehound says:

Sorry Aviva, I don’t have any barbie dolls. If I didn’t they’d be worth more than you are.

    • Scorpiosue1102 says:

She does not get it. At all. She is so narcissistic and now she is going after viewers…..not smart. I completely DISLIKE her, immensely. She is getting into Jill Zarin territory.

  116. Christi44 says:

In honor of Adiva’s tweet where she wrote something for each letter of Adiva, I thought I would try it. Anxiety ridden, Delusional, Intermittent insanity, Vindictive, Absurd

  117. Ça va says:

    Tweet to ADD:
Everyone needs to lay off @AvivaDrescher – if she didn’t speak up you would all be complying the season was boring! #RHONY u go gurl

    ADD reply:
    Aviva Drescher ‏@AvivaDrescher
@(censored) #RHONY hehehe. Glad u get it John!
So it’s all just for the cameras, huh? What a lying POS. (Uh, complying, John?)

    • Christi44 says:

There was a show before Adiva and there will be a show when she is gone. Contrary to her belief it is not all about Adiva. We would easily find something to talk about if she was GONE.

    • austin1963 says:

Yeah, whatever. If she was gone from the show tomorrow (from my mouth to God’s ears), we’d still have Ramona and Sonja, who, no matter what people think about them, are rarely boring. Adiva flatters herself.

    • Eastbayca says:

The type of tweets Aviva is getting….
@AvivaDrescher get your lecherous father and go for a long walk off a pier and your puritanical attitude pissed off everyone- you bitch

    • klmh says:

So funny. Now ADiva wants us to role out the red carpet, and raise a banner high for her making this a highlight of the HW of NY. Hysterical, sad, idiotic and imbecilic. Delusional is another word that applies to ADiva,

    • PJ says:

Reid probably paid someone to tweet that to her.

  118. I just found out my kids school was put on a soft lockdown the today. I guess we just missed it because kinder garden gets out earlier than the rest of the school. I guess what happened was a boat full of illegal aliens landed on the shore by the school so CBP was searching the area for them, so they decided to keep the kids in the class room.

I thought something was going on because on my way home from picking my daughter up, one of their cruisers was making a left turn-but they must have over steered because they end up in my lane (basically coming at me head on) for a few seconds before they correct it. There was another cruiser behind them…then I also saw a 3 on the way.

  119. Sus says:

LOL @ Dina Lohan. I watched that trainwreck today. WTF was she on and why did she think she could outwit Dr Phil.

  120. klmh says:

Who would have thought the gal with the Holla remark is the winner of the day. Good for you Heather.

  121. Eastbayca says:

Question: Which RHONY cray cray would you rather handle KKB or Adiva? (no opting out).

    • Ça va says:

By handle, do you mean manhandle? 😉

    • klmh says:

ADiva would be easier. Kelly is i her own world and when she’s gone to it, there’s nothing to get her back.

    • melthehound says:

You can just give KKB some jellybeans and gummi bears and tell her unicorns are real animals who fart rainbows and she’ll be happily on her way. Aviva is a nut who when she doesn’t get her way, turns into a demon not unlike those on the show supernatural. I’ll take KKB.

      • Contessa says:

I second that motion…Once again I want to physically slap adiva when she was talking to tonight…it’s always all about me, me,me me and more me. I am glad Heather finally said something to her. I am disappointed in Carole tonight.

  122. klmh says:

Nancy, I went to watch the tape, and its unavailable at this time. Hopefully I can view it, but Im on satellite and it takes a while to load. Tx agin.

    • Nancy says:

Don’t worry it will be everywhere by tomorow morning.

      • klmh says:

So could you give me a synopsis of it?

        • Noelle says:

It’s already on you tube as well as cnn and several other news outlets.
You really need to hear it for yourself. Unbelievable. just saying..

        • Nancy says:

He basically says 47% of the population are freeloaders who pay no income tax, who feel entitled to free housing, free food & free medical care. He says he can never reach them because his “low tax” message doesn’t reach them. They’ll always support Obama.

He goes on & on about how to reach a few undecided voters. He talks strategy in a very frank way. He says he’d be doing a lot better if his parents were ethnically Mexican (his father was born in a Mormon colony in Mexico) he’d be doing better than he’s doing now.

He says the stock market will rise if he wins, even before he even does anything, but then contradicts himself, saying he can’t predict the markets.

He basically thinks you’re worthless if you have less money than he does, but he has to stoop to beg you for your vote.

        • Ça va says:

A headline: Says 47% Of Voters ‘Dependent On Government’… They ‘Believe They Are Victims’… ‘My Job Is Not To Worry About Those People’.
He says the comments were not elegantly stated, but stands by them! Good to know! (sarcasm)

          • Nancy says:

“Those people.” WOW! What a nasty man.

          • klmh says:

Now those are fighting words. “My job is not to worry about those people”. We are all in this together, and we should help those that need it. Bad news about that statement for his campaign, and that might help in defeating him. Wow.
            Tx Ca va.

            • Sus says:

Just remember some of “those people” don’t pay taxes because their full-time job’s wage is so low, they don’t qualify to pay taxes. Keep in mind too that large corporations like GE don’t pay taxes either and haven’t for a few administrations including dems and republicans

              • Noelle says:

              • Sus says:

Recently, Hospice company wanted to buy a house in Belmont, Massachusetts. One of Mitt’s son’s showed up at a board meeting to protest because his “property value” might go down. He and his Daddy Warbucks had no problems with building a Mormon Temple in the same neighborhood a few years ago.

Okay, I’m done now. I just couldn’t help myself this one time.

              • Countess Lillybee says:

Keep this in mind, too; those people pay sales tax, gasoline tax, payroll tax (social security) if they are working, and property taxes even when they rent. And all the government fees that are collected for almost everything.

          • Ça va says:

“The Republican nominee did not disavow the comments but said they were made during a question-and-answer session. He said it was indicative of his campaign’s effort to “focus on the people in the middle.” People in the middle? Those who make 200 – 250,000?

Some stats: “But there are a few problems with the idea of the overburdened “53 percent.” Many Americans don’t pay federal income taxes, in part, because of deductions like the child tax credit that have been championed by conservatives and progressives alike. Almost all of the “47 percent” do pay other federal taxes in the form of Social Security and Medicare payroll deductions and gas levies, as well as a variety of state and local sales and property taxes that aren’t dependent on income.”

            • Contessa says:

Mitt Romney is an idiot that is on a suicide mission with his campaign…thank you Jesus!

              • I Need A Life! says:

When I watch Aviva, I think she represents all that is wrong with Romney. Listen to her and listen to his supporters. It’s always, “I.” “I” …have insurance, WE don’t need health care reform. “MY” children are in a good school district, WE don’t need education support. It’s a very selfish view of how America should run.

  123. klmh says:

Sorry, we are having 10mph winds and are damned satellite is out. Again.

    Now this is funny:

  124. klmh says:

Well, the report I wanted is lost. I’ll try to post it tomorrow. It isn’t something you want to read before bedtime. Would only induce fear…

  125. Ça va says:

“Ezra Klein breaks it down into Twitter-sized chunks:
Rs have spent years cutting income taxes and increasing things like the Child Tax Credit. This means fewer people pay income taxes.
So whenever you hear a stat like “47% don’t pay income taxes,” remember: Reagan and Bush helped build that.
These tax cuts for the poor were partly in order to make further tax cuts for the rich political palatable.
But now that fewer people pay income taxes as a result of GOP policies, they’re being called lazy and dependent.
And thus the GOP’s tax cuts are being used to make a case that the rich are overtaxed and that the less-rich are becoming dependent.
Which thus leads to a policy agenda of tax cuts for the rich and cuts to social services for the non-rich.
Yep, that’s about it. Also worth noting: the poor often pay higher state tax rates than the rich. Add in payroll taxes and excise taxes, instead of cherry picking only a single tax, and it turns out that the poor and the working class end up paying a fair chunk of their income in taxes. Not as big a chunk as the rich, it’s true, but then, it strikes most of us as perfectly fair that the poor should pay lower tax rates than the rich. I wonder if this strikes Romney as fair too?”

  126. Nancy says:

Goodnight all. It’s been a very long day for me.

  127. melthehound says:

Well thanks a lot… This housewives discussion went to hell.

    • The Tin Man says:

      Just like the shows.

    • Contessa says:

Jeff and Mel, As I said upthread I wanted to slap Aviva, she really disgusts me. The only one who made an effort to tell her she was acting poorly was Heather. Carole really didn’t say anything when C, Heather and Adiva were having dinner. I am disappointed in Carole, as she was the hostess and should have ended Adiva’s tirade pronto when it started upon arrival in St. Barts. Gotta give Ramona kudos as she handled her hosting gig much better, and sent Jillzy away when all the other guests were uncomfortable.

I felt bad for Sonja talking about meeting her ex and how she was planning this like a date. I understand that feeling, as she probably wants him to see what he is missing/missed. However rich men of that ilk can get anyone they want because of their money and stature, and I have not doubt Sonja was replaced a few times over.

I also don’t understand everyone blaming Ramona for the crap on St. Barts, it wasn’t Ramona it was Adiva, everything changed when the witch blew in with her warlock. It’s not phobias that keep Reid close, it’s her fear of him getting involved with another woman. For this she needs a shrink, and it is not about her lost limb.

      • mrs peabody says:

I want to know what Ramona supposely did that got Adiva riled up to begin with, what happened before St Barts that she was mad at Ramona for

      • LaineyLainey says:

Good point, contessa. Aviva’s “m.o.” for keeping Reid is emotional blackmail, then. Not a REAL need; it’s all part of her insecurity to hang on to her man. You’re right, it was confusing watching Sonja talking about this important meeting with her ex. I had a question mark over my head the entire time. (?)

  128. Scorpiosue1102 says:

I think next week we see exactly how all of Adiva’s problems have been solved her whole life–her daddy comes and saves her every time. This time George goes to Ramona to set the record straight. What a bunch of horse hockey. Adiva needs to deal with this crap. She opened her big mouth and it is now biting her in the ass.

    • Contessa says:

Sue, can she get a replacement ass cheek, so she is like everyone else? Bad I know, but I can’t help myself tonight.

  129. Contessa says:

According to Adiva Sonja is white trash…Sonja stepped it up tonight and told Aviva off without hurling insults, name calling or screaming. That’s the kind of white trash I truly admire.

    • LaineyLainey says:

I love that!! and good point, you don’t need to cuss and use “below the belt” tactics to get your point across.

  130. Countess Lillybee says:

I think that Aviva views everyone who was born without her social status as white trash.
