Joe and Teresa Giudice Set to Enter a Plea Deal in Federal Case by NMD

As the court date approaches, sources have told the that Joe and Teresa are ready to enter into a plea deal for their federal charges early next week.

Teresa and Joe Giudice, stars of the Bravo network’s “Real Housewives of New Jersey,” have reached a plea agreement with prosecutors to resolve federal fraud charges in a deal that could send them to prison, a source familiar with the case said Friday.

The Montville couple will appear before U.S. District Judge Esther Salas in Newark on Tuesday to plead guilty to several mortgage and bankruptcy fraud charges, the source said.

Teresa Giudice would face less than two years in prison and her husband a minimum of three years, under federal sentencing guidelines, the source said.”

The couple has not made an official statement, but the news isn’t surprising.  Frankly, I’m glad they aren’t wasting more tax payer money going through a trial.

Southern Charm – A Preview

By HydrangeaHussy

Bravo’s new show “Southern Charm” is advertised as going “behind the walls of Charleston, South Carolina’s most aristocratic families.”  Already comments are popping up that the cast doesn’t truly represent old money Charleston, which makes sense to me because no self-respecting, old-money southerner is going to appear on a reality show.  As a southerner, I’m curious to see how many stereotypes Bravo can fit into the show.

The previews show the men engaging in womanizing & a possible paternity scandal, so the show should bring some drama.  I’ve found most of the cast on twitter.  They’ve been pretty quiet so far, but we’ll see if anyone follows in Brandi’s footstepsHere’s what I’ve uncovered about them so far:

Thomas Ravenel (Charleston, SC): @Thomasravenel

Thomas has the most impressive pedigree of the group: he attended the Citadel, comes from a well-known political family, earned an MBA, & was elected State Treasurer.  His Bravo bio makes large of these accomplishments, but he’s actually better known for his federal indictment on cocaine charges in 2007.  He pled guilty to one count of conspiracy with intent to distribute cocaine.  He resigned as state Treasurer after only 6 months & spent 10 months in a federal prison.  So he was actually in jail longer than he was state Treasurer.  He was also arrested on DUI charges in the Hamptons last summer.  The previews show him confronting his past, so we’ll see if he owns up to his bad behavior or glosses over it.  Based on some of his twitter comments downplaying the indictment, I’m going with the later.

Cameran Eubanks (Anderson, SC):

You may recognize Cameran from Real World: San Diego in 2004.  IMDb says that she was also on The Challenge & Girls Gone Wild.  Maybe my least favorite RHoM hanger-on, Joe Francis, will make an appearance!  She appears to be the perky sorority type to Craig Conover’s frat-boy jock.  She “just entered the world of real estate after ten years working in the cosmetic industry.”  I think I found her twitter page, but it’s completely private & she only has 95 followers.  She’s going to have to get with the program & allow more followers if she wants to be a reality star!  Based on previews, she & Jenna will be the voices of reason.  However, some of her clichéd comments about life in the south are going to get old very quickly.

Whitney Sudler-Smith: @WSUDLERSMITH

Is it just me, or does Whitney look like Chuck Bass?  Sorry, I’ve been re-visiting Gossip Girl lately.  Whitney is a film-maker, who spent the last 17 years in Los Angeles.  His most notable work is directing the film Ultrasuede: In Search of Halston.  His mother is a socialite, so he may be one of the few who actually has some insight into true Charleston society.  He lives with her in a historic downtown mansion.  Hopefully we’ll get to see some of this house.  “In his spare time, Sudler-Smith likes to read, play guitar, bend time, play tennis, and maintain his dungeon.”   I read somewhere that he’s a classically trained guitarist.

Craig Conover (Fenwick Island, DE): @C_Conover

According to his Bravo bio, Craig’s dream of “playing baseball in college was shattered after he destroyed his elbow.”  He’s now “law clerk to a prominent personal injury firm.”  His LinkedIn profile says that he’s on the litigation team at the Anastopulos Law Firm & is slated to graduate from Charleston School of Law in 2014.  I’d never heard of Charleston School of Law, so I checked it out & it’s unranked by US News & World Report.  Makes me wonder if there’s a reason he ended up there instead of one of the prominent southeast law schools.  The Anastopulos Law Firm also has an app.  Call me old school, but I just can’t trust a law firm with flashy ads or an app.  Craig was born & grew up in Delaware, so he isn’t actually from a Charleston aristocratic family.  I’d like to see Craig & Phaedra do battle in court.

Jenna King (Sumter, SC): @jennaking5

She grew up in rural South Carolina, but has lived all over the world.  Jenna is described as an “aspiring fashion designer,” who currently has a line of gloves.  A line of gloves & a plan for sunglasses does not a designer make.  She has a passion for animals, adventure & the outdoors.  There isn’t much info on Jenna yet, but I predict that she’ll be the wild-card who doesn’t quite fit-in with this stereotypical crowd.

Shepard Rose (Hilton Head, SC):  @ShepRose

“Shep” grew up in Hilton Head, but attended boarding school in Virginia and the University of Georgia.  He says that the state dog, the Boykin spaniel, was named after his family.  After graduation, he went to Palm Beach because “because his father thought he was spinning his wheels professionally.”  He spent that time learning the resort development business and partying with “aristocrats.”  When I didn’t have a set career path after college, I waited tables to pay the bills.  Just sayin’.  He attended the Owen School of Business in Nashville, but went “into a personal and professional tailspin” after the financial collapse of 2008.  “Now, we find Rose rising from the ashes in Charleston, S.C.  Older, wiser, kinder, gentler, and ready to tackle life’s curve balls.”  I have to wonder who wrote this profile for him.  It makes him sound like he’s never had to work for anything in his life.

Real Housewives of Atlanta Cast Blogs Blogged by RamonaCoaster

NeNe thinks that Marlo and Kenya are a perfect match…

So Nene mentioned on Twitter that Bravo edited her blog and to check out her full blog on her official website (  I checked it out and I can see now why Bravo would edit that out.  There was a specific incident in Marlo’s past that Nene detailed.  Bravo probably did not want any legal consequences regarding what Nene shared.  I don’t want to get into any more detail here on this blog for the same reason. I am wondering if it is true but my skills as a sleuth are very poor but I know some of you are very good at these things and may have the accurate information already.

Here we go again! If you read my blogs, then you know I hate long, drawn out stuff. I don’t have time to touch on the BS, so let’s jump right in!

That’s just how I like it.

The Bailey Bowl: I love a good challenge, so when I was told to gather up a team and meet on a field for some fun and competition, I was there! We started off by having some good competitive fun. Then here comes the BS!

Look, there’s a lot I could say, but instead I’ll just say this: Kandi, you have never seen me walk away from a fight and you have never seen me physically fight either have you? My son was at this event, and as much as I would like to be Mama Joyce and take my shoe off and hit somebody or drag someone down the street, I would never stoop so low to the gutter with my son around, so you are right! I know how to respect myself enough to walk away from something that no longer serves me, helps me grow, or makes me happy. In life you have to pick your battles; everything isn’t worth fighting for or worth the emotional investment.

Slamming Mama Joyce, Nene?  You must really be pissed.  There is certainly an emotional investment somewhere.  I don’t think Kandi sent out a challenge by mentioning she has never seen Nene walk away from a fight.  It was just an observation.  No one is asking you to stoop so low.

I never need to speak on the Marlo situation, because she’s not important and not a part of this cast, but I supported Marlo and helped her unselfishly when nobody wanted her around. I will repeat NOBODY! Some of these girls were uncomfortable with Marlo’s criminal background and didn’t want her around. I looked past that and really tried to see her heart. I was honest to a fault with her and a true, loyal friend. Say what you want, but there are rules to friendship! Everyone that knows me knows that I’m a loyal friend, and I expect the same in return. In friendship you have to give and take. If I give, that doesn’t mean all you get to do is take! A so-called friend that fraternizes with the enemy is an opportunist in my opinion. They smile in your face, but are looking to take your place.

I think you expect more loyalty than Marlo is willing to give.  Marlo had a meltdown and you were right to walk away from that.  I think Marlo has some issues she needs therapy for.  I also think that there is more going on here than what we see.

At the Bailey Bowl Marlo showed me her street side that everyone talks about. Yes, you can put lip stick on a pig, but it’s still a pig! Do I care that Manlow and Krayonce are friends? Absolutely not! I think they are the perfect match! Marlo has officially graduated from hungry to thirsty. I’m sure Krayonce promised her a role in one of the multi-million dollar movies she produces. Kenyahas nothing but deceitful, evil intentions and Marlo fell for them! I want nothing to do with either of them. When I’m done with you, I’m done with you.

I think Kenya befriended Marlo because she knew it would set you off and it worked.

Thanks again for riding hard for me! I know this ride can get bumpy sometimes.

PS: If I had stayed and gotten into a fight, I would be wrong. If I walked away, I would be wrong. If I didn’t show up at all, I would be wrong. You can’t win!

I think you won by walking away.  I just felt bad for the people riding home with you because you probably complained loudly the whole time.

Stay Fabulous,
NeNe Leakes

I will. Thanks. (lol)

Kenya thinks NeNe is showing her true colors with her treatment of Marlo.

Happy Birthday, Peter! You wear 53 well. It was nice to see Cynthiaand Peter happy and smiling. I hope they can continue to work out their issues. I do not necessarily agree with Cynthia as to why she was upset with Peter for speaking to NeNeabout her behavior. We know Cynthia to be NeNe’s soldier and most loyal friend, therefore, Peter probably was so disgusted by NeNe’s behavior that he had to make sure he did what he thought was right fearing Cynthia wouldn’t address her.

I’m sure you loved that Peter scolded Nene.  Your plan worked out better than you thought.

According to NeNe I bullied her to come to the ball! Aside from seasons prior to my debut on the show, I have personally witnessed NeNe’s acts of terrorism. I have never threatened anyone by being made to choose to be on my side or else suffer the consequences; I don’t use my status on the show or intimidation tactics to try to sabotage other Housewives’ success on the show; and I certainly don’t “unfriend” people who don’t agree with me. I don’t subscribe to this type of egregious self-serving behavior. There are children suffering, even dying from being bullied. Let’s not further exploit the word in order to gain sympathy, it only diminishes those who are truly victims.

Nene used the word “bully” which many people on this blog and other social media feels is overused and is a word that should not be used by an adult.  I think Nene has made people feel intimidated by her and Kenya wanted to throw it back in her face.  I think Marlo was a pawn in this game.  It was risky thing for Kenya to put Marlo in this situation considering her background and this shows her true colors.

Wasn’t it NeNe who said “no bitch is going to tell her who she can be friends with” in reference to inviting my ex to her wedding? Clearly, my feelings didn’t matter, to add insult to injury they are not even friends. Point being, Marlo should have a right to be friendly with me. Cynthia has been the most blindly loyal friend NeNe has probably ever had. Yet, the moment Cynthia did not agree with NeNe calling her husband countless bitches, NeNe turns on Cynthia as if she has somehow been disloyal to her. Most of us are smart enough to see beyond NeNe’s smoke screen. The moment Marlo becomes friendly with me, she is labeled a turncoat opportunist. Hypocrisy at its best. NeNe does photo ops with Kim Kardashian, but Marlo is the opportunist? #byefelicia.

Tit for tat.  Nene invited your ex to her wedding and now Kenya befriends Marlo and invites her to events.  I think everyone is an opportunist on this show and that is ok.  You would be stupid to get this kind of coverage and not take advantage to make some money off it.

The truth remains the truth. Her arrogant “I am better than everyone else attitude” is hard to stomach. Even her most loyal fans can see her true colors and no Kool-Aid in the world is worth dying over. After seeing how disposable her long time friends are to her as she discards them like trash if they dare go against her, she is no one’s friend only a dictator in her own mind. I don’t need friends like her in my life.

I don’t think you have to worry about Nene being your friend anymore.

Thank God for my real friends. I don’t know what I would do without them. I love you and thank you for loving me — flaws and all. I love my BFFs: Chanda, Lauren, My two Lisas, Nola, Brandon, Tracey, Lawrence, Lamman, and Camille! I live for you! And to my new friends on the show, I appreciate you giving me a chance and look forward to having a genuine friendship.

Kenya shows pics of her friends in her blog.  I guess she feels the need to show proof that she has friends.

Porsha thinks Kenya should not have tried to bring NeNe and Marlo together.

First let me make it clear that Team Naked did win overall at the Bailey Bowl! There was a lot of drama, but yes, even with that over-the-top dog and pony show Kandiand her team came out with, they did not win. LOL! I celebrated our victory at the Bailey Bowl showdown with an over-the-top twerking dance.

Did you guys even finish the Bailey Bowl?  It didn’t even seem like a full competition.  I thought as soon as Nene peaced out, the games were over.  Or maybe the cameras stopped once production got the footage they need.  Nene may not be freaking out over just the Marlo-Kenya alliance but she may be insecure of how production may want to portray her.  I can see the parallels between Nene/ Kenya and Lisa/Brandi.  They are going after the queen bees on the shows.

Speaking of showdown, WTH?! I was so in shock. Here we are once again at what was supposed to be a fun and friendly competition, and all hell breaks loose. Well let me tell you what I saw (in my ol’ gossiping auntie voice, LOL!). At the end of the last game everybody was celebrating and arguing at the same time. Mainly because they weren’t clear on who won. I didn’t get into the argument because it wasn’t needed; I knew we had won and it would come out, so why fight about it.

Better off being completely clueless.  It is less stressful.

I know firsthand how sensitive NeNe can be when it comes to her friendships. She is the type of girl who wants you to communicate with her at all times. I feel like she wants all her friends to move as one crew on the same page with one mind. Meaning if one person doesn’t like that heffa, then you don’t need to like that heffa. Now for me, I agree and disagree. I agree, because I get a bad taste in my mouth when you’re my girl and you are getting close to someone who clearly has nothing but bad things to say about me. Really at end of the day what can you add to that type of conversation but agree with the enemy? On the other hand, we are all grown, and if you choose to be cool with my enemy, the outcome (if I love you) will be that I may not cut you off, but you definitely will be in a different “friend” category. You will be placed in the category of the chick I go have cocktails with and shop with, but for sure NOT the one I will tell my business to. The choice is up to you.

As Gaston in Beauty and the Beast and Dubya would say, “if you are not with us, then you are against us.” There is no room for neutrality in the war of terrorist  housewives.

People know what they are doing and why! Most intentions come from the heart. Half of the time we know who we can trust and who we can’t. At the end of the day when someone is using you or being an “opportunist,” nine times out of ten you know it, but you allow it because you are using them as well. So don’t be surprised when it blows up! Simply dust off your Chanel and carry on with life. Most people are only around for a season, and once their purpose in your life is fulfilled, God will reveal who they are and make it easy for you to move forward and go even higher.

Nene using the word “opportunist” is just a spin to make her look like the victim.  I have never seen Nene as a victim and I don’t think she would ever want to be thought of that way.  I don’t think she is thinking clearly. She is very angry and spewing whatever thoughts comes into her head.  It is an honest reaction and I think all the viewers want are honest reactions out of these ladies.  So cheers to Nene!

Cynthia was shocked to hear some of the things NeNe had to say about Peter.

Yes my husband Peter turned 53 on his birthday. If I do say so myself, my man wears his age extremely well. Peter is always surprising me, so I decided to give him a taste of his own coconut water and surprise him with a Jamaican themed birthday party! After all the drama at Pillow Talk, spa day, and Kenya’s charity event, I thought this would be a fun soirée for everyone to take a chill pill and wash it down with glass of delicious rum punch. Ya maan! You know what I mean? Good vibes! A “don’t worry, be happy” kind of night. Although there was still some tension between me and NeNe, Peter and NeNe, and Kenya and NeNe, I was still very excited to try to bring everyone together to let bygones be bygones and just have a good ol’ time.

Nene, Nene, Nene.  It looked like a nice party.  Thank goodness the drama was kept on the down low.

I was a little upset with Peter the next morning (after Kenya’s event) for confronting NeNe (although she actually confronted him), because I did not think it was the right time to talk. The night had already taken a turn for the worst, and I didn’t see the point in trying to fix something that was already broken. Had NeNe not gotten out of her car, walked over to Peter, and initiated the conversation with Peter, there would not have been a reason for him to be in her face acting like a bitch, right? It was pretty clear that his conversation was directed to me. So I don’t know who the monster was that was waiting at the top of the hill, because the only thing that Peter was waiting for was his car to leave.

He seems like a man that knows how to side-step issues in a suave way so why did he have to be so confrontational with Nene?

I am beyond offended and embarrassed that one of my closest and most loyal friends called my husband a bitch for speaking the truth. Not only is it blatant disrespect, it’s also dirty. It crosses the line, and hits way below the belt. A little surprising coming from someone who prides themselves on being such a GOOD FRIEND and the authority on who is not one.

Nene makes her own rules and changes them when it suits her.

Moving on! I was so happy when NeNe and Gregg showed up at Peter’s party! The fact that my girl was able to take the high road and come to the party was validation that we indeed had a solid friendship and would always be able to work through our differences no matter how big or small. That’s what real friends do! FYI: Obviously I was not in her kitchen earlier that morning to hear her call Peter a bitch. However, I thought it was big of her to come to his party despite her feelings at breakfast. Not to mention that she was even kind enough to leave NaeNae in the car! Long story short, it was a great party and I think everyone had a good time. The ladies had a chance to catch up and chit chat. The guys played pool and drank Jamaican beer. Kenya apologized to NeNe again. Peter and I kissed (amongst other things later on that night) and made up! Still kicking myself for not singing the Marilyn Monroe version of Happy Birthday for Peter at the party! LOL! It was kind of nice to not have any real drama for a change.

It is a testament to you that your friends made nice during Peter’s party.  It means they like you and respect you.  The Bailey Bowl, however, was a different matter.

So the million dollar question is: Who won The Bailey Bowl? I think it was between Team Cynthia and Team Naked. Honestly, with all that drama at the end, we may never know. Unfortunate ending to a great day.

Porsha thinks Team Naked won but how can there be any winners when everybody looked like they cheated?

If this makes me a terrible person, so be it. I enjoyed seeing her slap the hippo… Been waiting since day one on that show to see one of the dance moms do that…

              • iceNfire says:

I enjoyed it too and it wasn’t really a slap – imo it was a tap

                • MelTheHound says:

I know.. and it’s wrong to hit anyone (getting that out of the way). The Hippo played it like Kelly sliced her face with a knife. Like a 5yo plays up a little ‘booboo’…

                  • LaineyLainey says:

Well, Abby was wise not to “tap” Kelly’s face back. You know because shes so obese and everything. She actually showed an unusual amount of restraint, imo. And I suppose Kelly didn’t really pull Abby’s hair, right? Kelly was only “stroking” Abby’s hair. LOL. I hope no one ever touches or “taps” my face in the middle of an argument or strokes my hair the way Kelly did to Abby. It would be really hard for me to not “tap” them back.

                    • iceNfire says:

Hi Lainey – Seems you have very strong feelings about this. I don’t, it didn’t seem that big of a deal to me. After it happened and Abby called 911 all I could think of was why is she bothering the police?

                    • LaineyLainey says:

That’s funny I was thinking the same of you, that you feel so strongly about this. But I can’t really know how you feel. As you cannot really know how I feel either. You said she was tapped not slapped, I was only addressing that. She was bothering the police because she thought she had just been physically assaulted. That part was obvious to me. But a judge/jury might disagree with her. They too, might argue that due to her obesity, it’s not considered physical assault. What do I know?

I’m not mad at you, if that’s what you thought. Truth is, I have errands to run, chores to do and well…this is more fun. Work avoidance.

          • LaineyLainey says:

Thanks, Disgrazia. I read it, and I can see that so far these are all allegations, at this point. It’s Kelly’s side. I find it interesting that Kelly’s lawyers don’t mention how Kelly put her hands on Abby Lee. She full on slapped her and pulled her hair! This document keeps repeating that Abby Lee is obese,…so they maintain it reasonable for Kelly to feel threatened because shes obese? Sorry that makes no sense to me. I don’t love Abby, but I think it’s unfair the way she is portrayed as the only villain here. i really feel that some of these moms are no better than Abby. Kelly chose to be abusive toward Abby in fromt of the children. So many times, She chose to make a scene, you can see the stress that KELLY herself caused to her girls with her own short fuse behavior. her constant crying in front of the kids, the negativity. Her loud cries of POOR BROOKE, POOR PAIGE… i believe are very damaging for her daughters to hear. i believe Kelly was just as much to blame for the kids’ stress and anxiety. Paige’s school counselors (says Kelly) stated that Paige was bullied, why didnt Kelly take her to a doctor? I read where she alleges that the producers threatened to enforce the contract and sue her for everything she has…but why not make a real case, get a psychiatrist to testify and let them just try to sue her for trying to protect her babies. I don’t believe any judge or jury would rule in favor of the show, or Abby, or COLLINS, if she had come in with a doctor backing her up that little Paige was suffering mental, emotional, nervous distress. Which I believe, by the way. But I do not believe that Abby is the sole source of these kids’ stress and anxiety. Yes, Abby Is abusive and a bully…but so is Kelly Hyland.

If Kelly wins, I won’t be mad. We, as a TV viewing audience do not need this kind of programming. If it goes away,…good. If Kelly’s made accountable for her own horrible behavior that won’t make me mad either.

I understand the Abby hate, I do!! She has earned it…..but I don’t think she’s the only bad guy here.

            • MelTheHound - Team T-Rex says:

so they maintain it reasonable for Kelly to feel threatened because shes obese?
That and the fact that the hippo was chomping at Kelly’s face. Watched the episode last night.

              • LaineyLainey says:

Haha! She did not touch her, MTH. And it was Kelly’s finger that she was “mock” chomping, not her face. Finger, chomp, finger, chomp…kellys lawyers dont mention that perhaps Abby felt threatened since Kelly was poking her finger into her face and thats why she made those chomping motions.,..

Where I grew up, someone puts their finger in your face like that and you would end up in jail….because that finger would be broken.

So it’s ok, to slap people because they are obese?? I can see hating Abby for her behavior, being disgusted by the way she looks, but Making her appearance an excuse for hitting her? i don’t understand that logic.

                • iceNfire says:

I saw the episode when Abby threw the chair with Paige standing right there. Abby is obese and it frightened me to see that happen and I wasn’t standing right next to her like the child was.

                  • LaineyLainey says:

My daughter had a dance teacher who was also abusive, she was not obese, in fact she was and is still skeletal. She threw a clipboard AT a kid and it was scary. But it had nothing to do with her bony body. The violence was scary to them. I can’t believe you actually think her weight is the issue. Maybe you are just messing with me!? I saw that episode too, and poor Paige was super scared. What did her mom do? She kept taunting Abby….is that in Paige’s best interest? Sorry, but I don’t think so. Kelly has shown herself to be starved for attention and not putting her kids first. IMO.

She wasn’t like that from the start either. Christy is naturally funny and became a Fan favorite, like Brandi, Kelly seems to have thought, oh I can be funny, too…but she wasn’t. She was just mean and abusive, like Abby. And it has been escalating. Christy stands up to Abby without crossing that line.

                    • iceNfire says:

No, I have no issue with anyone’s weight. I used the word obese b/c you guys were using it. #FollowingNotLeading

                    • LaineyLainey says:

I was using it, because it was used in the legal documents as part of Kelly’s claims of abuse against Abby.

                • MelTheHound - Team T-Rex says:

Lainey, the hippo is twice Kelly’s size, even on one of her thin days. She was charging at Kelly, chomping her teeth much like a charging hippo would.. As for the idea that I may think it’s okay to slap obese people just because they are fat, I’ll note that, you have Never seen Me. If I charged at someone like that, I would expect a defensive response. For the record, I think all of those people (on the show) are terrible. The only Mom I’ve ever thought was worth anything is Holly.

                  • LaineyLainey says:

But why was abby chomping (I can’t believe I just typed that) because Kelly was also charging with her finger in Abby’s face. If there had been no finger, I very much doubt Abby would have chomped at Kelly! It would have been a random chomp, an out of nowhere chomp an unprovoked chomp! Haha! Yes, Abby is horrible. IMO, Kelly is equally horrible. Abby’s weight has nothing to do with any of this is all I’m saying,…but I’m speaking to the lawyers filing, they included it in their allegations…and that’s why I first brought it up.

        • Amber...Real Wife says:

There wasn’t any space anywhere so I wanted to throw in my 2cents.

ANYBODY who sits there and ALLOWS their daughters to be spoken to in an ABUSIVE manner is just as guilty as ABBY. You couldn’t pay me enough to have my child suffering at the hands of a maniac, causing fear, depression and anxiety as I continue to cash checks! These women knew what they were signing up for, yet they continue to FORCE their kids to stay at that school to be tormented by a woman who clearly hates their MOMS and mistreats them for vengeance.

Both Kelly and Christy ‘ENJOY’ fighting and insulting Abby for their own personal gain and fame. Christy more so than Kelly, however, it is Chloe who is actually the talented one with a possible future in dance. Kelly’s daughters, especially Brooke, don’t seem as interested in becoming professional dancers so why they are still there as human targets for Abby’s cutting insults is beyond me.

Kelly smacked and pulled Abby’s hair in anger. It was not because she was afraid she was going to get bitten or because she was intimidated by her because she was obese. She was obviously tired of the humiliation, thought her lackluster daughters were on the chopping block and like NeNeLeakes would say…. the bitch done lost it! What she’s doing now, counter suing Abby, the network, producers etc. she could have done years ago. Expose who the real bullies are, go home and stay home. There wouldn’t be a court in the nation that would make her stay in those deplorable conditions or make her pay to save her children. Only when she has lost control. been arrested and Abby refuses to work with her does she pull out a lawsuit. Will the others especially her BFF Christy join her as well? I guess time will tell.

Disclaimer. I think ALL of them… Abby and the MOMS are all horrible. Even Holly. who gave up being an educator to become a Full-time Dance Mom when her daughter has the weakest skills. Favorite shows are the ones when ALDS goes up against CandyApples. Love it.

          • LaineyLainey says:

You say it so much better than I. I wondered the same about Christy especially since fame and the dollar signs seem to be what makes these ladies sit up and pay attention. I also think that Abbybis the only castmember really getting rich since she is one of the exec producers. Is that a correct assumption? I think greed is part of what Kelly is mad about and it is now what motivates her. Christy is actually funny…but after season 1, kelly decided she wasnt getting enough attention and now it’s as if Kelly and Christy have been competing for “who can get away with more” without one thought of how this affects their sweet children. They are all pretty sweet girls from what I can tell. IMO

I kind of hope Teresa gets home arrest for the kids’ sake. I hate to see those kids without their mom for any length of time. I wonder if Joe will get deported afterwards. Anyone knows what happens in other cases when non-citizens do things like this, do they usually get deported? I just hope those kids go with Joe’s family if both are gone at the same time.

There were recently some photos at some cheerleading thing of Teresa and Melissa looking friendly. It’s be nice if Melissa was available to T’s girls if T has to “go away”. Too late for her to do much for Gia,though, as T & Juicy have thoroughly poisoned that well. Maybe Tio Joe can be there for Gia?

      • I hope NOT! I don’t think that Mel and Joe are the fit to take care of the girls. Juicy said IF they had to “go away” the girls will stay with his brother.

        • chismosa™ says:

          • R to the E to the B to the E to the C to the C to the A says:

LOL My grandmother didn’t consider Sicily part of Italy too. She was Calabrese and she joked “dat we kick a dos Greek mutts away.” She actually told me once I was half Italian and half Sicilian. In front of my other Grandmother. They went way back, but every once in a while a little rivalry came out.

            • chismosa™ says:

Whoa I need to read up on my greek ancestors possibly in Calabria?!

Dammit going to have to discuss with my father. We are exactly DUE EAST of the BOOT.

The mutts in Italy!? Be still my heart I’ll be on wiki all night now

I know a huge majority of the Italian immigrants to the US were from Calabria.

      • Amber...Real Wife says:

At this stage in the game, they’d be so lucky to be able to count on Melissa and Joe. This is not a weekend jaunt. It’s a few years of constant caring for 4 ‘spirited’ girls. All hands on deck!! Both sets of Aunts and Uncles will HAVE to help out the 4 grandparents. With Tre’s father’s poor health caring for the girls will be overwhelming to the mother. Not a Tre fan but hope that she’s able to do minimal times, pay back her ill gotten gains and get back quickly to her children. Juicey should definitely take ALL the blame.

@ SUS…. I don’t think the courts CARE if both parents are doing time at their ‘BIDS’ same time. At least they don’t when it is common folk. Regular kids, that don’t have a big family to help out, end up in group homes or foster care. Many pay for their parents crimes as well as they end up mentally, physically and sexually abused. God bless all the children.

        • Sus says:

I was thinking about the Rod Blagojevich, the Illinois Governor and his wife. They allowed them to serve their terms separately to be home for the kids.
I feel awful for kids whose parents are assholes.

          • T-Rex says:

Unfortunately the Juicy’s case is WAY different that the Blagojevich case, and they would most certainly serve their time at the same time. GorillaJuicyJoe is going to go away for probably more than 5 years, so no way they give him a year “pass” while Teresa serves her time in prison which I would suspect would be roughly a year. They have a large extended family, and I would assume that Gorilla’s Family would be where the children would wind up. Gorilla’s Family and Teresa’s parents have known each other since they were children themselves, and GorillaJuicy and Teresa basically had an “arranged” marriage, so again there are plenty of family to help out other than MEGO.

          • karrylyn says:

Sus, I didnt know MRS Blago was going to serve time. ????????

      • T-Rex says:

Oh, you know I don’t feel bad, these folks BROKE FEDERAL LAWS, and flaunted those flagrant violations all over the place. Shoot since Season 1 Teresa was waving all that CASH for everyone to see, why were they living on cash, because they were hiding money from the IRS and defrauding banks, Teresa KNEW full well what was going on. I knew they were crooked the first time Bravo showed all those Goombas sitting around GorillaJuicy’s supposed Tiling Business. She got a ton of cash from him to go shopping and all I could say was “whoa” I hope the IRS isn’t watching this. Well, guess what THEY WERE! Again, I don’t believe Teresa didn’t know, they are criminals and they need to pay for their crimes just like every other criminal. I do feel sorry for their children, but they should have thought of their kids before they started committing all of their crimes! To me, that’s even more criminal, they knew they were doing high level illegal dealings and didn’t think what this might do to their kids if they got caught. Seems like folks on the blog have more consideration for those kids than their own criminal parents!

Hey peeps. It’s a pretty nice day out. I’m just getting back in from getting my hair done and errands. I turned on the tv and BH is on w/the ladies in PR. Let me tell you, with all the HW cities and ladies that I don’t like and epis that have made me mad. This is the first time I wanted to throw something at my tv. The ladies started in on Lisa on the beach. Let me tell you. They are bit*he’s. No ifs and or butts about it. And Yo w/her perfect manners, I say is the #1 bit*h in this whole thing. Sighhhhhh.

If Yo is so moral why didn’t she say to Lisa, “that’s not nice Lisa”. But she laughed like it was funny. Why do all of them say after the fact w/o Lisa present that they didn’t like something she said or did instead of when it occurs?

    • LaineyLainey says:

Because even if Lisa said it as a joke, she thinks it’s true and her lunch guests agreed that its true.

      • Powell says:

The Plea deal from the Juicy’s doesn’t surprise me, as I posted previously, they have been constantly been trying to work a Plea deal for many months, the last straw was the desperate move to separate the trials which was NEVER going to happen. I would venture to say that Teresa serves at least 6 months, she will probably get two years on paper, JuicyJoe, according to the “sources” would have to serve a minimum of 3 years, I would guess he gets 5 years however, with a mandatory 3 years. BOTH of them will be required to carry Felonies on their permanent record, which will make things difficult for the GorillaJuicyJoe, but for Teresa it’s not going to be that awful. I will be interested to actually see the Plea once it’s official and the fact that they are going to pay off the 11 million they still owe, as I noted earlier, they haven’t paid ONE DIME Of that, because they were anticipating filing bankruptcy again after the trial. Now, again this is a source from the JUICY’S, so this may be completely bogus, the FEDS don’t give source information. You really have to take this all with a grain of salt, as again the Sources are from the Juicy camp, not the Feds

    • Exit4 says:

The $11 million isn’t the debt-it’s restitution. Although I think that number is off. They took some if that debt off the table already, by selling property. So they’re really going to be paying what’s left of the original debt plus restitution to the government.

      • T-Rex says:

The dollar amount is what leads me to believe again this is a source from the Juicy’s camp to garner some sort of support that they are going to TRY to settle this. Again, the FEDS don’t “dish” or “source” and they may NOT take this deal either. They have an AMAZINGLY strong case against them, this may be what the Juicy’s want to offer, but again I can’t see GorillaJuicyJoe not spending at least 7 years minimum in jail, not the 3 that is in that story, in addition to Teresa spending at least 1 year minimum. We will have to see what pans out next week.

        • Exit4 says:

It will be very interesting! AND they’re still filming. Bravos first perp walk. They’re finally doing the smart thing. Take a deal, pay it back (which they’ll probably never fulfill-unless they hit powerball) and move on and walk the straight and narrow. Dial down the lifestyle.

I wonder how long before the Feds pay Joey gorga a visit.

          • T-Rex says:

If the FEDS had anything on MEGO it would have been brought out by now. I don’t like the MEGOS but they certainly have not done anything that the FEDS would be looking at. Trust me, I believe that EVERYONE on the JerseyshoreGrowsUpCast has been thoroughly investigated. The biggest part of the money deal is that if they make that FED deal they cannot discharge ANY of that in a bankruptcy, they will have to pay it back with garnishments for years. Again, I don’t think this is the FINAL deal either, I think this is just what the JUICY’S are proposing, it’s not what the FEDS will accept. I would suspect again that there will be more Jail and fines added to the story

            • Exit4 says:

You may be right about the gorgas. But I feel like they pulled the same kind of scams. They don’t make enough to live that life! They don’t even pay their lawyer.

              • T-Rex says:

Oh, I TOTALLY get it, but what they didn’t do was commit Fraud by forging W-2 paperwork, lying and forging loan applications, and not paying their IRS taxes for years. The MEGOS are slimey, but they didn’t commit FEDERAL offenses

                • Exit4 says:

That we know of. Yet. Lol! 😉

I don’t wish it on them. I’m not Kim Grannytell. She’s a nasty piece of work.

          • iceNfire says:

I may be completely wrong but I don’t think the Feds offered them anything. Why would they? I think the Guidice’s attorneys made an offer but I don’t think it will be accepted.

            • LaineyLainey says:

            • Exit4 says:

It’s hard to say. Both sides do talk and negotiate outside of a trial. It’s part of the process-so there must be something going on. If what is printed is true and they are actually going to plead guilty to something-there has to be something in place. Otherwise they wouldn’t plead on an off chance-something acceptable on the Fed side has to be in the table. They won’t plead guilty thinking they’re getting 2 years and suddenly get 40. My best guess is that what’s printed is what they want, the Feds will ask for a little more and the judge will meet in the middle. Or say no to all of it. It’s really up to him.

            • chismosa™ says:

              Ooooh …..

            • T-Rex says:

Icey, this is where I was leaning as well, this WHOLE STORY is definitely coming from the Juicy Camp. Again, the FEDS DON”T DISH! They don’t give SOURCES!

              • iceNfire says:

I don’t remember exactly what was printed about the plea deal but I think it said they would plead guilty to 3 or 4 counts but wasn’t the total something like 41 counts against them? Do the remaining counts just vanish? I know nothing about the law except that if you are caught fishing without a fishing licence and say that you didn’t know you needed a fishing license you still have to pay the fine

                • T-Rex says:

When you Plead Guilty, and say the FEDS/COURTS agree to the deal, you ONLY plead out to the counts in the agreement, the other charges are completely DROPPED and you cannot be charged with those in THIS case. If however, you commit the crimes again at a later date you can be charged with those, but not charged with the previous indictments.

                • Exit4 says:

T- Rex the Feds may not give details, but they do talk to the press. There’s enough people that work in that office that know what’s up. But I do agree the stories came from the juicy camp. But you know the north jersey reporters have their sources in that office. The governer couldn’t even cover up his traffic jams-and the Feds are watching. How ironic he WAS the US Attorney for NJ not too long ago! Now that’s someone who’s stupid! Love him-but can’t believe he would be so dumb.

Ice-the Feds are notorious for over charging-for overkill. It’s done for good reason-to make sure something sticks. I know this is totally different, but if you look at terrorism charges. The Feds will indict someone on 100 counts. Sometimes they are only convicted of 2. People freak out-but in the end it doesn’t matter if it was 2 charges or 100-the sentence would generally work out the same. They want at least some of the charges to stick. The charges don’t really go away-I guess the best way to put it is they put it all together. I know there was an issue with some of the charges being past the time period you can charge them-can’t think of the word-but whatever happens they will be punished in some form and that’s what is supposed to happen. I will be refreshing north all day Tuesday! But something tells me it will be all a big nothing and the trial will go on as planned.

  26. chismosa™ says:

Just a note about the taglines in ny:

On a commercial they showed that Kristin does actually say “I’m not ….. But I’m pretty” in a talking head — same exact voice. So they may have just superimposed that onto her pose for the tagline temporarily?

    Like all the others?
The soup made so much fun of these last week

    Enjoy y’all ….
I’m going to buy some Teresa drinks with my friends because I want to help her payback what she owes ! 🍷🍷🍷

  27. Exit4 says:

I think I saw this first look already. Love Heather. Love Carole. I actually love Luann! (I’ll probably have to explain that one…..) Aviva NO. Ramona NO. Sonja makes me sad. 😦 and jury’s out on the new girl-but she looks like she may be fun!

    • T-Rex says:

Exit, me TOO on Heather and Carole, NOT Lumann, but I dislike DrunkinRamona, ALWAYS Have, I don’t really like, SadSlutSonja either, and AvivaWhere’sMyLegNow is atrocious, can’t believe she is even back

      • Exit4 says:

I kinda love Luann because she’s a perfect reality tv person. She has the right balance of narcissism, snootiness, humor and I get the sense that she’s in on the joke just a little! Like her singing-she just had FUN with it. Didn’t take it seriously.

Luann is also a bridge person. Like Kyle (who I know you don’t like-but she plays that role). Luann’s relationships with the other women, for the most part, are even. She is the one you go to to bitch about someone else. And she will then share the convo and drive the story that way. Even with Alex, had she stayed at some point her and Luann would have ironed things out. She’s not massively vindictive.

        • California35 says:

I was going to write “yes Exit – pls explain ” 😛 now i write thanks for explaining 🙂
I see what you are talking about, and i do kind of agree with you. I still wish she wasn’t there any more though. She has no life to share with us. Wives have said that she is fun, and nice? Off cameras…just like her life…off camera.

        • LaineyLainey says:

I’ve Always enjoyed Luann. And yes, compared to the other housewives on her show and other shows she seems to have the most class. I’m being serious!

          • Exit4 says:

I hear you! She is a little more refined then the others. She rarely loses her cool. And when she does it’s still low key.

            • T-Rex says:

You know you are right, that is something that Luman does, she doesn’t yell and scream and try to get her POINT across, I will give her that, she calmly makes her point, and does seem to have a knack for making that point at the right moment. That’s one of the MAIN reasons I cannot STAND that DrunkenIdiotRamona, her BULGING eyes, her off the wall antics, she make ZERO sense when she is Drunk. To be honest, I wasn’t surprised her Husband finally left her, who could put up with that crap year after year.

              • Exit4 says:

As much as I hate seeing bad things happen to people-especially in a marriage and when there are kids involved. I have to agree! If Ramona can be the way she is to friends-imagine what’s she’s like to her husband? I’m a nice person-but I have my moments like anyone else and I’ve read my poor hubby left, right and everywhere else! Because you know you can and they’ll forgive. To a point! If that makes any sense. I know Ramona has spoken about verbal abuse in her home growing up. She’s said many times she made her own success so she wouldn’t be like her mother and have to stay. You can tell she still carries that with her and is repeating the pattern. I have sympathy for that-but at some point you can fix it, or at least try. Don’t agree with what Mario did, but you have to wonder what life with turtle time was like. Same with Brandi. Don’t agree with what Eddie did, but can you imagine what marriage to her must have been like? Constant drama-I’m not siding with cheaters, but my lord it had to be exhausting living with these women!

              • Mene Seela says:

T-Rex yes but but but it was LuAnn’s husband that bolted for another woman years before Mario left Ramona.

                • Exit4 says:

That’s a good point-but I don’t think this latest dalliance of Mario’s was his first. He just got caught.

                • T-Rex says:

LuMan and the FakeCount had an arrangement for many years, he cheated on her throughout the marriage, both have agreed to that, it was when he actually “left” her that became her issue.

            • chismosa™ says:

She walks away when she’s confronted. She leaves.

Lisa – everyone correct me if I’m wrong – who seems very refined to me- only walked away at PR ?
Or has she walked away before ?

              I could be wrong …..

Lisa seems naturally/ innately refined. Luanne seems manufactured refinement. Faux. Airs.

  28. Jan (TexasTart) says:

Hmm, so this is the same as the preview they already aired…and they just added the first 10 minutes of episode 1?! Well I have seen this, going back in the kitchen…. but first, let me take a selfie 😉 seriously though
HydrangeaHussy, thanks for the preview, looking forward to your blogging! Thanks Ramonacoaster for RHOA! 😀

  29. Pghemtchick says:

    Thanks for the blogs all.

I can’t help but think of Lynn tonight. I’m watching the Blackhawks/Penguins open air game (or open stadium/whatever they are calling it). I think she’s be getting a kick out of them shoveling the ice! Now that’s hockey! Lol

  30. LaineyLainey says:

Ok update: nothing too exciting! Haha..Ok, so Laineygirl, and her friend went to Sur, they could not be seated in the restaurant because it requires reservations made weeks in advance. So they ate next door and it was good, but then they went to the Sur Lounge for a drink and to people watch. They saw Tom Sandoval (who was bartending) and they saw Peter and Guillermo. No pics. She’s kind of shy about that, but she tells me she has no desire to take pics with them…but I think she’s kinda shy to approach them.

    • iceNfire says:

Where is Lady Grantham when one of ours needs a table at a restaurant?

    • California35 says:

      Thanks Lainey 🙂
I don;t think I would have taken pictures with them either..I am shy AND those guys already think they are eye candy..I wouldn’t want to add to it.

      • LaineyLainey says:

Cali, I would totally do it. Haha!

      • Exit4 says:

I would never (and have never) asked a celebrity to take a picture. I know they hate it. And many of them just won’t do it, Cameron Diaz has a rule about it. When it’s happened, I say hello and say something nice. Even if I hate them! I worked at a store in NY and they actually made that a part of the training! I kid you not! How to treat celebrities 101. This was before smart phones and social media so maybe it’s different, but I’m guessing it’s even even tougher. If someone doesn’t believe I met someone then they don’t believe me!

        • LaineyLainey says:

Yes, that was part of her training at the restaurant where she worked. I would only askif they were bravo reality celebrities.and if they were not eating. i get really shy when they Are real celebrities. Been there. Got shy.

        • Orson says:

Many years ago, I was at a restaurant eating with my girlfriend. This was near Kent, Ohio, and was in the mid 70’s, when actors who weren’t working on a film and were on hiatus, would do summer stock tours. 3 tables over was an older man with white hair, white teeth, reddish skin from a UV light (no spray tans or tanning beds then), in nice dressy casual, eating and schmoozing 2 women his age. It was Caesar Romero! Girlfriend asked me to go get his autograph. I said “Come on, let the man eat in peace.” She asked again and I said, “Okay. ‘Hi! Aren’t you the Joker from Batman? Can I have your autograph?'” She thought about it and then agreed, let the man eat in peace.

    • ladebra says:

Ooooo! But at least she went into the lounge and hung out! Good for LaineyGirl!

When will you know if you win tickets to WWHL? Can we help?

      • LaineyLainey says:

I..don’! I WISH you could help me. I would be your GiGi and you could be my Yofo.

        • chismosa™ says:

          This is awesome Lainey!

So how was Sur overall? I’m sure the loungey area was good – maybe that was the area where the dinner was held — DONT COMMAND ME- dinner? That seemed to be be outside in the back? With a bar overlooking.

Interesting the amount of time for reservations – wow!
I didn’t realize Sur was like that …. Maybe since the show?

I figure for Villa Blanca it would take forever. Like my eye doctor, book about a year in advance !

I’m going to go online to make reservations on the site I use and try both VB and Sur

          • California35 says:

Need someone to go with ya? 😉 😛

Yes, Villa Blanca needs reservations. I went once and since I was there already I asked to make a reservation for later that day. I went for some window shopping, while I waited.
            Great food!

            • chismosa™ says:

              Sounds awesome…

No I’m going to attempt to make res’s. Not going ….

    • rabblerouser2010R says:

      • Jan (TexasTart) says:

Ha, considering so, it’s a good thing LaineyGirl is shy!!!

Well, sorry Lainey that she will not compromise to at least do it for Mom! But you know, ulimately, LaineyGirl needs to be Up Here and these characters will be Down There! 😛

  31. Mene Seela says:

Downton Abbey talk up thread …. I was disappointed by this season. Anyone else?

Seemed like a few a stories started and quietly ended.

Still love Violet Crawley (Maggie Smith). Treasure her!

Edith’s story is the only interesting one to me and suddenly it skipped 8 months. Hello? And suddenly the Brownshirts ( early Nazis) are part of the story? Sad.

And why can’t Mrs. Crawley marry on of those great guys who threw themselves at her? Idiot!

Mary… I thought her widowhood-mourning was emotionless but I tolerated her towards the season’s end when she was humorous.

Where the f*ck were Lord and Lady Granthon all season? Just expediting other storylines?

I like Tom, but 1. he’s gotten pudgy and 2. that socialist teacher potential girlfriend is fugly.

Anna, Mrs. Patmore, Mrs. Hughes & Carson all are interesting but otherwise ZZZZ.

Hated Anna’s story this season and Mr Bates is not very sexy anymore.

    That’s all!!!

    • iceNfire says:

Poor Tom, he feels he doesn’t belong in England, doesn’t belong in Ireland, doesn’t belong in America *sigh* Shut Up and stop brooding!

      • Mene Seela says:

They killed Sybil off too early in the series.

        • iceNfire says:

I heard that the actress who played Sybil is very popular in the UK and didn’t want to continue with the series. Replacing the character with another actress would have ruined Downton for me.

          • Mene Seela says:

I didn’t know that. Yeah, no recasting thank you.

          • SJNYC says:

British actors only do 3 year contracts so she didn’t want to sign another contract for another 3 years. I didn’t see it but she is in that movie with Colin Farrell – Winter’s Tale is the name I think

      • chismosa™ says:

        LOL @your last sentence

        • Mene Seela says:

              OMG I heart that show!

              • chismosa™ says:

Yeah I can’t even bring myself to watch the Keira knightley version though I should …..

                • Mene Seela says:

that is great too! Very emotional … different than BBC version. Both excellent.

              • chismosa™ says:

I don’t know. I’m very hesitant. Mr Darcy is a certain way in my head.
                CF did it best.

Also Elizabeth ***** played by the stunningly gorgeous KK? Ehhhhh……….

                I’ll try one day. Try.
                Thanks !

                • SJNYC says:

KK version is like having a piece of chocolate where the BBC version is having the whole freakng dessert table. Love Matthew MacFayden but in a different way than CF

I also thought the season sucked. You pretty much spelled it all out so I don’t need to retype it 🙂

Certainly Not! I love hearing about LaineyGirl and everyone else’s kids too 😛

It’s funny tho, when I was a Lisa fan I admired her business savvy but now that I’m no longer a LisaLove I’m plain old jealous that she has customers waiting weeks for a table and the longest any of our former customers had to wait was 20 minutes
