Dina Manzo

Dina starts out by defining INTENTION for us: the thing that you plan to do or achieve : an aim or purpose. She believes reality TV is a great experiment in human behavior. Huh? Dina goes on to explain how intention leads to whether or not karma bites you in the ass. I believe in karma so I get this. I just find it odd coming from someone as superficial as Dina.

Now let’s talk about Nicole setting me up with that hunk of a man Matt. Although I did make it clear to her that I wasn’t ready, she did it anyway. Was I pissed? Yeah for all of two seconds, because I know her intentions were pure. She meant well and just wanted to give me a little nudge. I wish she gave me the heads up, because I was CLEARLY blind sided and flustered, but once I realized she meant no harm, I got over it quickly. Whenever you get upset with someone, stop for a minute and think about what their intention was. If it was not meant to hurt you and they just made a mistake, it’s much easier to forgive.

Wow!  Dina is really amazing!  She is like our Zen advisor.  How lucky are we?

Now for the other situations going on here…this is when things get a little sticky. Let’s go back before the hair pulling and drink throwing. What was Melissa’s intention for telling the twins what Amber had said to her? What was Amber’s intention for telling Melissa what she did about Nicole in the first place?

Was Amber casually confiding in a friend of 10 plus years or was there more behind it? Was Melissa just reacting to a moment of frustration with Amber? Was she looking out for Nicole? That’s for them to explain, which I am sure they will on air, in their blogs, and I’m SURE at the reunion. (Rhinestone encrusted seat belts will surely be installed on our reunion couch.) I’m sure you will get an extra explanation too after they read this blog!

Well, I think Amber was sharing a juicy tid-bit with a friend she wanted to “draw-in”.  I think we have all been guilty of this; at least I have!  But, I have NEVER done this on NATIONAL TV!!!  That’s what I don’t get about Amber’s feelings of “betrayal” since she shared this gossip while cameras were rolling.  Wasn’t it Caroline who told us to “buckle-up” for previous reunions?  Hmmm?

What about the men? What was Bobby’s intention in telling a group of men he just met what his friend of 10 years told him? What was Jim’s intention by telling him this for all of you to see? What was my assistant Luke’s intention wearing that “Future Mr. Harry Styles” shirt for all of you to see? Well that one’s obvious, Harry, if you’re reading this, please call me.

Only thing I cared about here was “Who is Harry Styles?”  Um, musta had a brain fart cause I googled him and realized he is one of those mop-top kids in One Direction.  Again, we find people feeling betrayed that people shared what they were told while cameras were rolling.  Huh?

This all makes you think, huh…when’s the last time someone pissed you off? Did they mean it? Was it their intention to hurt you or did they just make a bad call? When is the last time you pissed someone off? What was your intention? Can you see how this show can do more than you thought it would when you first starting watching?

{snooze}  oops I did it again!

Even though I looked a little frumpy in my scrubs, I believe sexy is an energy not a look. Watch my after party video and get the link to tap into that sexy goddess in you!

Um, I wish I looked that frumpy.

Lastly let me quickly explain the huge Cheshire cat grin on my face during the fight. Grown women pulling each other’s hair out dressed as slutty firemen and police officers… Must I go on? Yeah, I think you feel me. While I don’t condone violence EVER, this was pretty ridiculous. I think the girls all thought the same when it was all over too…You’ll just have to tune in next week to see if they did!

OK, I rewatched that clip and thought it was funny.  I probably would have laughed/snorted and made a complete ass out of myself.  Reason 837 why no one has asked me to be on a reality show.  I kinda loved that both girls pulled hair.  Very junior high!

She closes her blog by reminding us to check out her website and After Party.  I ventured over there (yes, I took one for the team) and could not find any explanation for the falling out between her and Caroline.  So, again Dina, I implore you to share this with us!  I ask that you share with us your INTENTION for leaving the show when you did.  Was the falling out between you and Caroline caused by TerEsa or Danielle?  Or was it simply over the secret family recipe for sauce?  Please share the dirt and I promise to watch every web blog on your site.  Twice.

Melissa Gorga

Melissa starts off telling us how very much fun they had on WWHL and how much Joe loves taking his clothes off for Andy.  She jumps right into the first responders party…

So the first responders party at Bobby’s was definitely a little cray cray, and you only got to see the beginning! I totally accept the part I played in all of the craziness, but as I have said, I really felt like Amber put me in a bad position by telling me the rumor “she heard through the grapevine” about Nicole in the first place. It only felt right to give Nicole the opportunity to clear up if what Amber “heard” was true or not. I had really hoped that we could have all talked about what happened, cleared the air, moved on, and enjoyed the party. Obviously that didn’t happen, and now the men got dragged in.

I gotta say (can’t believe I am “egmitting” this) I agree with Melissa in telling Nicole what was said about her.  At this point, Melissa is more of a “casual friend” of Amber’s as well as Nicole.  She was told this rumor while cameras were rolling and figured it was fair game.  I gotta laugh when Melissa tries to make us believe that she had hoped these ladies would sit down and have a polite discussion about this situation over tea.  This is JERSEY and that ain’t never gonna happen.

As you saw in the episode, the Marcheses continue to contradict themselves. They seem to REALLY want to be liked by the Giudices and at the same time find ways to let us all know that they are too good for them. I’m confused, which is it? I also think Jim talks a big game and wants to portray a certain type of image that I would hope isn’t who he truly is, because no one can be that judgmental.

Again, gulp, I have no choice but to agree.  Jim is saying he doesn’t want to be too close to the Giudices YET he signed on to do a reality show with them after they were indicted.  Hmmm.

What I do know it that it’s not cool for a grown man to walk up to another man and call him a dumb ass in his ear in a very nasty way. Joe was sitting down and not in Jim’s face at all. Jim went too far. Joe just was defending his family, and for Jim to get in his face like that? I mean come on! He’s asking for a reaction, begging for it.

Jim Marchese has ‘Little Man Syndrome’.  This is when a guy of short stature feels he needs to always behave in like he is 10 feet tall and bullet proof.  It didn’t work.  He came off looking like a douche.

Melissa bids us adieu.  She thanks us all for supporting her jewelry launch on HSN.  Has HSN actually turned down any housewife that wishes to pursue a clothing or jewelry line?  I will have to go over there and peruse the line…ok, not bad.  Decent price point of $19.95 to $59.95.  Nothing I am dying to have, but looks like fun costume jewelry.

Teresa Aprea

TEReSA begins by telling us she always focuses on the positive (LOL) and that she is no-nonsense girl.  She is “repulsed” by Amber’s lies about Nicole.  TEReSA jumps right into the craziness…

Getting to Bobby’s “first responders party,” out of respect for Bobby and his home, I was actually quite calm when Amber approached me in full-blown phoniness. I calmly walked over to Nicole so that she and Amber would rectify this matter. All Nicole expected was for Amber to apologize. However, Amber lost control, raised her voice, snapped her fingers, and made demands for us to “get upstairs.” Is she kidding? I will never be spoken to that way, nor will I ever respond to the verbal condescending abuse of a bully. What the responders needed that night was a straightjacket for Amber, LOL! I saw what happened that night between them. Amber grabbed Nicole’s arm. Nicole pushed her hand off and pulled her hair. There was physical contact between them both. I don’t condone raising hands and cat fights, but I was also taught to stand up and protect the people you love.

I got the impression that Amber had no idea this “confrontation” was gonna happen.  She had said something flippant to Melissa and had moved on.  When Amber raised her voice and did the “round ‘em up” in an attempt to get Nicole and Melissa upstairs, I almost peed myself…reminded me of Danielle at one of the reunions!  OY!  Again, with the Bully garbage.  Let me say this here and now, when you sign up for a reality show and you are getting paid a SALARY, you cannot cry BULLY every time you get into a confrontation!  You have the ability to walk away.  This word has been thrown around way too much on these shows.  There is no comparison between this alleged bullying and what our kids are dealing with in their high schools.  Shame on these women for using this word and constantly playing victim.  Enough said.  Amber did put her hands on Nicole FIRST.  Not sure how Nicole could have walked away and extracted herself from that situation.  I always feel bad for these jack-wagon’s kids who will watch these episodes and see their parents behave like animals.

She closes her blog by asking us to check out Melissa Olephant @livelaughlyme which I did and followed.  I am always willing to show support for those raising awareness of an illness or a disability!  She sends us love, hugs and many kisses…and asks us to follow her on all her social media.  (She must be working on her HSN line…)

Nicole Napolitano

Nicole greets us and tells us about her son, Anthony and how much she is enjoying her other son Joey.  We have not met her kids.  Wonder if her X refused to sign the release?

OK, let me start off by saying this was the first time since I had started dating Bobby that we were having a party in his home. Bobby thought of the idea to have a theme party and so everyone could dress up. Since he’s a volunteer firefighter, what better theme than first responders? I had so much fun with Teresa, Melissa, and my sister going into the city and picking out costumes together. I was also looking forward to having all of our new friends from north Jersey come to Colts Neck!

These women never miss a chance to dress up like “ladies of the night”.

I was also excited about introducing Matt to Dina. Never in a million years did I ever want to upset her or be disrespectful. I just wanted her to have a great time, and I knew Matt would put a smile on her beautiful face! And who cares about age? LOL! Next time I promise no surprises, Dina. I must say if anyone could make scrubs look sexy, it’s definitely you!

I thought the guy was kinda cute and I liked that when he greeted her he gave her a little peck on the cheek; very chivalrous.

One important thing I want to make clear, VERY CLEAR, is that I do not condone violence. I regret that the whole physical altercation ever took place. It was truly unfortunate and undignified. I have never been in that position before and hope to God I never will be again. However, I will never back down to ANYONE who attempts to ruin my reputation! So actually the loss of a few hair extensions was not much compared to the defamation of my character. To me, verbal abuse can be just as harmful as physical abuse, and that is exactly what took place.

Yeah yeah, like we thought any one of you were gonna come and out and say you were waiting to see who would throw the first punch or pull out the first extension.

I truly wish things could have been different, but unfortunately they weren’t. I would have preferred to have a civil conversation as opposed to the embarrassing debacle that took place in my boyfriend’s home. I’m not happy at all that my children and parents had to watch this episode, which of course affected my mother’s stomach condition!

It’s nice to hear that she is ashamed of her behavior.  I am sure her kids and parents watched this in horror.  She closes by telling us there is less tom-foolery in the coming episodes and to also check out @livelaughlyme.  She wishes everyone (me specifically) a fantastic week!

Teresa Giudice

TerEsa greets us from her place out on the Jersey Shore (I am sure they are enjoying their last few days of summer…and freedom.)  She starts right in with her thoughts (or Heather’s thoughts)…

– I’ve never met people who tell you how “adorable” and “hot” they are all the time.

Me neither.  In fact, if I did meet people like this, I would assume they were lying and blowing smoke up my ass, but these ladies lap it up!

– I thought Dina did look adorable in her scrubs.

– I can’t believe that Melissa would tell the twins what Amber said since she just met the twins and she’d been friends with Amber for ten years.

Really?  Cause I am not the least bit shocked.

– I can’t believe that Bobby would tell the twins what Jim said since he just met the twins and he’d been friends with Jim for ten years.

Argh, now I am agreeing with her on another thing.  Shit.

– I’m starting to believe the twins can hypnotize people they just met into telling them things.

I am impressed that she spelled hypnotize correctly.

– I’m not going to lie, I thought the way Amber said, “Let’s go,” in that deep, husky voice to the twins was funny. (I had no idea how quickly things were going to turn ugly though.)

I thought it was weird and kinda creepy.  Something maybe a mom says to her kids when she is trying to find out who spilled red kool-aid on the recently mopped kitchen floor.

– I don’t condone violence under any circumstances, and I think everyone was shocked that things escalated the way they did.

BWAHAHAHAHAHA!  Excuse me while I go change my panties cause I just wet myself from laughing so hard…

– I don’t blame Amber for the things her husband says, but they were hurtful and sort of insane coming from HIM. First of all, he admitted his opinion of me and Joe was completely formed from “the news” about us. That’s a really shallow way to live, especially for someone who was making his own news before RHONJ was ever on the air. I don’t believe everything I read. I keep an open mind and try and make my opinions after I meet someone based on their actions toward me personally. (Newsflash: my opinion after meeting him based on his interactions with me and my family was very, very low.)

Second, Jim Marchese claims he can’t be at the same location as my husband because it would hurt his mortgage business? Is he serious? That would be baloney for anyone, but coming from THIS GUY?

OH SNAP!  TerEsa made a funny and totally put Jim Marchese in his place!  Good for you TerEsa/Heather!  (For those not following regularly, Mr. Marchese has a VERY interesting past.  Google him and read up for yourself!

– Finally, I’m so so so happy we got the Giudice Family picture taken when we did. It was a wonderful memory for all of us and something the girls can remember forever. I can’t wait until they’re all grown up and bringing their own kids over to me and Joe for a big family picture. Then again, they’re so sweet now, I’m in no hurry for them to grow up any faster!

I gotta say, that was great timing getting that photo taken.  What a beautiful memory for them to all have.

TerEsa closes by telling us to check out her website for info about her desserts.  I am still salty about her doing dessert when we all knew it was Kathy’s thing.  I may put this book on my “HOLD” list at the library.

Amber Marchese

Amber’s blog is the longest.  She might be channeling her inner Jaqueline.  She kinda makes me miss Jacqueline.  She starts out saying how betrayed she is by Melissa.  You don’t get to be feel betrayed when someone repeats what you said while you were being filmed.  Reality 101.

Can you believe that just happened? It’s amazing that even though this episode was filmed months ago, I still have so much anger in me to this day. I feel betrayed by both Melissa and the twins.  Amber also explains what “I heard it through the grapevine” means and I could do was start singing.  I will need to take a short break in order to get this earworm out of my head.

Before I go on to the ambush, I mean, “first responders party,” I just want to point out how unbelievably stupid the twins, AKA the evil minions, looked coming to my home and confronting me! That’s my home, my personal space. I should have put them in time out for that stunt. And the fact that they had second thoughts because of the kids is even more hysterical. I mean, come on! Where did they think my kids would be? I don’t send them to the bars drinking on a school night. They look like complete jackasses.

Yes, I agree it was odd watching them run out of store wearing the clothes they were trying on, stop for gas, (FULL SERVICE!  Gotta love Jersey!) only to arrive at Amber’s and realize the kids were home.  However, I actually respected them a little bit since they chose not to make the scene in front of the kids.  Kudos.

The little evil minions thought they were going to bully me in front of everyone. Well, I will not be bullied, I will always stand my ground, and as Jack says: ”You f—ed with wrong Marine!” They escalated the situation and I defended myself. But violence is not the answer, EVER. Nicole may have been upset, but she could have handled that with dignity and class. I will remind everyone that she’s over 45 years old and a mother! Simple math — that is less than only 5 years from 50! She should know better and be a better example to her children.

OK, if you are gonna quote Jack Nickolson, you better do it right!  The quote is, “You f—ed with THE wrong Marine!”  Moving on.  The twins did not escalate this situation.  You put your hand on Nicole and she then did what every 7th grader would do.  She grabbed for a handful of your hair.  Also, the little math lesson was unnecessary.

I understand it looked ridiculous, but I am saying to everyone out there, don’t laugh at bullying. If you see someone getting bullied, it is never cool and there is nothing funny about it. Do something about it. Either go get help or stick up for whom is being attacked. I do thank Melissa for sticking up for me at the time, it makes me wonder if she truly she did not know how depraved the minions behave.

I call BS on this bullying nonsense!  YOU WERE NOT BULLIED!  You were called out for your bad behavior.  Throwing the bully word around only diminishes the true effect bullying has on young people today.

Amber then goes on to tell us what a crappy friend Bobby really is and yes, I agree here.  It was a crappy thing for him to set up this situation.  Bob seems to be the “shit-stirrer” this year.

…As for my husband’s reaction, he just broke up a fight, watched his wife get her REAL HAIR pulled out. Hair that she has been growing since she was bald from chemo!…

Can I say I am disappointed she didn’t say CANCER?  Really?  <sigh>

Furthermore, Joe Gorga’s actions and behavior proved Jim’s concerns about him correct! Please remember, Jim never even met these people. He only knew what I told him, but at the end of the day, Jim has a right to hang out with whom he would like to. It’s a free country, maybe Joe needs to stop being such an egomaniac and hot head.  Is Joe serious, how does Jim sleep at night? Didn’t he call his sister a “scumbag” and fight with his brother-in-law? It is no wonder Jim did not want to drink with this guy.

Well, she isn’t really wrong about any of that.  Joey Gorga is a hothead and he has just recently become all protective of the two people he has talked shit about for years.  Makes it hard to take him seriously.

Amber sends us on our merry way by thanking all her supporters and new friends.  I am pretty sure she doesn’t mean me.  <sigh>

I gotta say, this week was kinda boring as far as the blogs went!  I barely feel as though I have entertained myself much less all of you with my snark.  I am hoping Sunday night’s episodes prove to be more entertaining and that the blogs will benefit from it!  Namaste.

Real Housewives Of New Jersey Tonight!

“One Flew Over The Chicken’s Nest”

Tempers are still fiery as the first responders party comes to a dramatic conclusion Amber’s husband Jim goes on the offensive with Teresa Aprea, while Nicole demands loyalty from her boyfriend Bobby. Dina tries to warm up to a new man in her life, but her feelings towards her ex still flicker within. Melissa and Amber have a sitdown to hash out just who started the rumor heard round the Jersey grapevine.

Good morning TexasTart and everyone. I hope you’ve enjoyed your weekend. Enjoy your Sunday.

  2. ladebra says:

Super Moon Sunday! Woohoo, and the Perseids also. Right on Namaste, loved your recap.

I’m not feeling Amber. 😜 or her little- man husband. I call fakers. Fakedy-faking-fakers.

    • Jan (TexasTart) says:

LOL. Well, I have to force myself to leave the comforts of home and go out to hunt food in the concrete jungle. I always do shopping on Saturday, so do not know what the crowd will be like, all I know is I have to remember to take my trusty ice chest so it doesn’t get ruined before I get it back home! It’s like I live on the equator, lol. Looking at the skies tonight! WooHoo!

    • Laineylainey says:

I think I like amber more than Mel or the twins.

  3. ladebra says:

Love when iPad corrects me. Not.

  4. Veena (NMD) says:

Good Morning / Afternoon – have fun watching NJ tonight.

Day Three of the Cruise / Ferry

  5. Please accept my sincerest apologies for listing the quote in Amber’s blog as being from Jack Nicklaus. It was Jack Nickolson.

    • T-Rex says:

LOL! I love you posted that, AmberCancerAlert is definitely proving to be the BSCrazy of this group. First off, you were NOT a Marine, so it’s rather disrespectful to even use that line, IMO, secondly, that hair may have been growing since your cancer diagnosis and recovery, but not on YOUR actual head. It was bought and paid for by you, but your actual grown hair it is not. As far as the astonishment of being confronted by something that came out of YOUR OWN MOUTH, on CAMERA is just amazing, she has clearly seen this program, she clearly wanted to create drama over it, then to get all holier than thou when confronted is comical and rather sad. I also think that Bravo needs to add a clause to ALL of these Ho-wives contracts that they are never ever ever again to use the word BULLIED! NONE of these women have been bullied, and it’s ludicrous for continuing to use the word. You are PAID a lot of money to go on this show, and Bravo has decided that these shows are now to be scripted, acted out, and faked for dramatic effect, therefore this whoa is me crap is not about being bullied.

      • Itsnotreality says:

Yes, Amber said things on camera and then expected no one to find out. Even if Melissa had not said it the producers would have worked it in. Also the way Amber talked to them like they were children is just ridiculous. I did think that Amber’s hair was real(until last week). After losing some of my hair due to low dose chemo and shaving it all off, I now have it down to my waist and can’t bring myself to cut it.

        • T-Rex says:

INR that’s awesome about your hair growing back, and yes AmberCancerAlert has extensions no way you could pull that much hair and not have A) a bald Spot, and B) that would take extensive effort, it a lot more difficult to pull hair out then folks may realize, and C) that kind of force, with that much hair would have also bled a bit. I know about the pulling of hair having had a few knock down drag outs when I was a kid with my own sister, we didn’t always play nice, and we were both not real girlie-girls until we were older. LOL. Extensions, the ones that aren’t sewn into something I think they call a scalp hat(that’s what my hairdresser called it) are “GLUED” into existing hair, it’s very sturdy lasts about 2 to 3 months if done right. The sewn in kind lasts almost six months, many african american women have the sewn in extensions, if you want an really good movie about this you must rent the movie “Good Hair” by Chris Rock, I loved that documentary.

          • Itsnotreality says:

Thanks for the link. I thought about getting extensions but decided to shave it all off and wore this really great Rachel Welch wig. Most people didnt even know i wore a wig, not even my family. It grew back find of thinner so I used a shampoo and haircare line called Folicure and it helped thicken and make it stronger.

        • Rebecca can't understand why people don't appreciate the importance of dragons. says:

Let’s face it…… It was in Melissa’s script that she told Nicole of Amber’s gossip. They wanted a fight.

          • T-Rex says:

Oh absolutely, I bet they are now even getting “pages” like real actors as to what is to be brought up at the get togethers and scenes.

      • jezzibel says:

when I was in the USMC we had a drinking game for that movie, everything they wrong(uniforms, salutes, SOP, phrases)you took a shot…needless to say we didn’t watch the movie and play the game very often, alcohol being so hard on your liver and all that

    • Jan (TexasTart) says:

I fixed the name in the blog! That’s a funny name mix-up, I didn’t even notice, ha!

  6. Itsnotreality says:

Ok so was I the only one who didn’t think that the guy that Dina was being set up with was cute. He was in my opinion too much muscle, orange tan, and lots of hair product.(I think that his eyebrows were shaped also). Also I think that if he would have been a rich guy Dina would have married him by now.

    • LaineyLainey says:

I didn’t like him and it looked like a complete mis-match

      • Itsnotreality says:

Yes you are right they were also not a good match. He looked like someone Snookie would go after.

    • Jan (TexasTart) says:

Not cute and Nicole should stop with the matchmaking, Dina would never fit with a Firefighter IMO……wonder what Jill thinks about that. I bet she would agree. Jill you are having too much fun with other people and we’re jealous, lol.

INR – I also had a friend like Kim Z-B. The most important part of that comment is “had”. 😉

Double L – Lainey dear, thanks so much for the link the other day with Leann Rimes covering those two songs….Baby’s Got Back was too much…also liked the improvised percussion – cardboard box and bag of chips. Here’s the link again if anyone missed it and wants to hear…

      • LaineyLainey says:

        Well, yer welcome!

      • Exit4 says:

The guy they introduced Dina to is a banker and some kind of mucisian on the side. He was just in costume.

        • LaineyLainey says:

Yeah, that’s right! Haha! They still don’t seem like a good match IMO.

        • Itsnotreality says:

Oh I could of sworn that they said he worked with Bobby as a firefighter. I guess I was wrong 😄.

          • Exit4 says:

Bobby has a business as well-did they ever say if he was a volunteer or a paid firefighter?

            • Itsnotreality says:

Oh that’s right, I think that Bobby is a volunter firefighter.

              • Jan (TexasTart) says:

Thanks for the clarification, I thought Bobby’s primary job was firefighter, which is why when he said it was someone he worked with – I assumed this guy was a firefighter.

                • Exit4 says:

His family owns a bunch of car dealerships. Bobby’s got some $$$. Maybe he isn’t marrying the twin for that reason!

They could both be volunteers though.

        • T-Rex says:

I think he is what they call a “volunteer” fire fighter, it’s very common up there, folks lend a couple of days a month to help supplement the force, especially in the past few years with municipalities cutting funding for first responders(an idiotic cut, those folks are priceless). My co-worker is from Pittsburg originally, he was a fire fighter for about five years, I asked him about volunteer guys actually on Friday. He said they do the training with them and they really are helpful in giving the departments extra “bodies” to help out so that they are never short handed and the full time guys can take time off and vacations. Bonus is they aren’t paid for their services so the municipality can save money and still keep folks safe. They don’t do the rescue parts of the jobs, but help hold hoses and ladders, he said you would be surprised how heavy the hoses are and you need two folks usually to help direct them. He said in his town it was an honor to be a volunteer firefighter and of course he said anyone running for office or who wanted to make a good “public” impression wanted volunteer firefighter on their resume. BUT he said they worked those guys hard, at least in his town, they had to train during their volunteer time just like everyone else. Now, this is pittsburg so not sure if it’s the same in New Jersey, but I would imagine so,

          • Exit4 says:

It is the same here. Some of the smaller towns are all volunteer. My shore town is. They work the volunteers pretty hard!

          • PJ says:

In my town they don’t get paid but they do get a pension based on the numbers of hours they volunteered. Not a fortune but enough to supplement a retirees income.

            • T-Rex says:

That’s awesome! How great, because I think it’s fantastic that folks give up their own time to become first responders for no real salary, just to help supplement their local departments to help keep folks safe and sound.

  7. Exit4 says:

Will Amber bring a mannequin head to the reunion to demonstrate the hair pull a la Danielle? I hope so!

    • Jan (TexasTart) says:

      Very funny, Exit!

I wanna know how Ramona was allowed to use a prop (plastic glass) at the reunion since the NO PROPS rule was invoked (thanks to Kenya). Andy pants has selective memory!

    • OH I HOPE SO TOO!! I also hope she wears a wifebeater!

      • LaineyLainey says:

        With a sparkly miniskirt

        • Jan (TexasTart) says:

LOL I miss you around here too, when you’re off making other people laugh. 😆

You’re sweet! But, What other people??? You mean the people in my head? Can you see them, too?

            • Jan (TexasTart) says:

OMG Lainey, I shouldn’t have said that! Will you be paranoid if you know I can see them too? Or will you try to hoard them for yourself?! 😕

              • Barb (Just wondering in Jersey) says:

They’re coming to take you away ha ha. To the funny farm where life is beautiful all the time. That’s from the purple people eaters isn’t it? Are you all too young to know what I’m talking about? I don’t trust my memory anymore.

                • Jan (TexasTart) says:

Oh gosh Barb, you made me Google! 😛 There was a song by the name in ’58. There was a movie, that might be loosely based on the song in ’88. And for a period of time in the 70’s the Minnesota Vikings defensive line was called the Purple People Eaters. I think we can rule out the football players, so if anything it could be in the lyrics of the song, I don’t remember it!

                • ladebra says:

I remember that song! Haha heehee! They’re coming to take you away!

                • LaineyLainey says:

Yes, Barb, I do remember that song!! “They’re coming to take you away!” And then there was this little movie called “The Purple People Eater”. I seem to remember Doogie Howser starred in it (he was a little boy) and it might have been in the actor’s pre Doogie days.

  8. Eastbayca says:

    Hey y’all…
Late to the party…Just saw Aviva’s article on yesterday’s blog…crazy woman.
I believe her jealousy could also stem from the fact that her book isn’t doing well, nor has it been translated to various languages like Carole’s book.
I have seen Lee Radziwill tweet about RHONY.

    • Orson says:

Carole’s in an interesting position with Aviva. It doesn’t matter what Carole does, says, doesn’t do, or doesn’t say. Aviva will find fault with it. And since Aviva is so over the top with this, it works to Carole’s advantage because anyone with a lick of sense who reads or hears Aviva’s attacks thinks she’s batluanncrazy and signs up for Team Carole.

I’m sure we’ll see this sort of thing next season on RHBH because both Lisa and Brandi will be coming back and I’m sure Brandi will be blaming Lisa for all sorts of stuff. Though, if I were Lisa, I’d be damned sure to have Sheanna working whenever Brandi shows up for something just to piss Brandi off.

  9. You guys can probably tell I’m bored(ugh I sound like a bratty teenager). My husband is making me stay in bed because he doesn’t want me to have a flare-up. So far I have been on every gossip site. He even made me breakfast and lunch. He now took all four kids to go shopping for back to school items. My house sounds so empty without them.

    • T-Rex says:

I know this is again off topic but since the HO-wives have cookbooks I guess a cooking question is not too out of bounds, LOL INR have you ever made homemade hamburger buns? I just caught a recipe for them with a video from Chef John at allrecipes(love his recipes especially his pie crust) and was wondering if it’s as easy as it looks, My little niece and nephew love cooking with their Auntie T-Rex when I go up there and this looks like a fantastic project for the three of us to do, not too much mess and the kids love when their daddy cooks them burgers on the BBQ.

      • Jan (TexasTart) says:

I don’t think this is helpful, but I’m gonna say it anyway! My husband makes the best homemade bread at least once a week and it comes out perfect. His pizza crust is real good too. He has tried hamburger buns on numerous occasions and no such success as other items. A King Arthur recipe was the closest to good. Anyway, he gave up and I have some hamburger bun pans if your interested, ha.

      • Yes, I have made them with my son and they are easy. I think I got the recipe from allrecipes too.( the only thing I ommited was the sugar). I make them for chipotle hamburgers. I dice up some chipotle peppers very finely and add it to the ground meat. Then I make my own onion strings, kind of like onion rings but thinner. After the burger is cooked I top it with cheese, lettuce, onion strings, avocado, and special sauce( mayo, ketchup, and the adobe sauce the peppers cam it). So yummy!!

        • T-Rex says:

INR and Tartzy you guys rock! When I can eat real food again in a couple of weeks, going to experiment and make a batch. These kiddoes LOVE to cook, and we are always trying to find something that isn’t too messy, tasty and is easy for the kids to help out with. We always seem to have burgers when I visit, to accompany my mac and cheese, I make a mean mac and cheese, of course my sister, sisterinlaw and I always have veggie burgers, going to use those as my template for the size of the buns. Can’t wait to try these out. Have exactly one more week of this diet, counting down the days.

        • Oh and if you use the allrecipe it was kind of a big bun so you might want to make them smaller. We like them big since the first hamburger me and my husband had was at this place in Mexico that had these huge hamburgers that were the size of dinner plates.(they were the best I have tasted ever)

          • T-Rex says:

Yep read that, it’s why I want to experiment on a batch or two before I head up there to hang out with them. Since the veggie burger doesn’t shrink and my bro’s burgers usually end up that size or a bit smaller, one time they were like little rocks, he is getting better at them though, LOL., it’s a great template as to the number of buns.

    • Jan (TexasTart) says:

INR, you’re fortunate to have a partner that realizes a forced break is not only necessary, but facilitates you doing so by helping with food and most importantly, helps with the kids! We will try to distract you, lol

  10. In other news, Kim K. Is publishing a selfie book called “Selfish”!!!

  11. Jan (TexasTart) says:

Just found out Amber Marchese is going to be on WWHL if anyone is interested ….I wonder what the drinking game word will be!

    • Jan (TexasTart) says:

and then they were talking about Amber was insecure and she said she would drink to that….we need to inform her that The Cancer the one to drink to. 😉

  14. Sasha says:

How can Dina the person who is not speaking to various siblings and inlaws talk about loyalty.

    • Laineylainey says:

      Good point

    • chismosa™ says:

She’s so annoying. I’m excited for Jacq Wack attack’s return

    • Exit4 says:

Loyalty goes both ways-and sometimes it’s subjective. I don’t think Dina’s issue is with Caroline at all. It’s with Jac and it’s been festering for years. I think-for whatever reason Caroline aligned herself with Jac and Chris. Which Dina sees as a betrayal by her sister and also her brother. Jac and Dina’s issues started waaay before housewives. TV simply made it worse.

      • Sasha says:

That’s my point. Dina can feud with anyone that she wants to. I’ve read that it goes beyond Jac-Chris-Caro. I think it’s funny that she speaks of this loyalty that Melissa should have for a friend that she has lost touch with and clearly is not on the best terms with.

    • Rebecca can't understand why people don't appreciate the importance of dragons. says:

Dina is not speaking to Caroline and Chris because of Jacqueline. Caroline and Chris are fighting with most of their siblings. I don’t think you can blame the rift of Dina.

  15. Jan (TexasTart) says:

Rosie: the animals were frightened of Milania, lol.

  17. adamay411 says:

I think all of them are idiots and Jim is an ass but he could have explained himself in 3 words —-CONFLICT OF INTEREST. That’s what he was trying to say but couldn’t without being an arrogant and condescending douche.

    • Rebecca can't understand why people don't appreciate the importance of dragons. says:

Jim was convicted of mortgage fraud himself. He can no longer conduct business in Washington. Pot, meet kettle.

  18. Exit4 says:

    So much to say…lol!

The “fourth wall” is in full force right now. I’m not sure if Amber and Jim don’t get that-or that they are totally aware of it and are using it to fufill some kind of agenda.

Joe G. is many things-but he is absolutely the type of guy that Jim could pull aside and say “Hey-I’m in the mortgage business-it’s best if I keep my distance from you and your wife. Amber isn’t involved in my business, she can do what she wants. But I’m going to keep my distance until your situation is resolved. It’s nothing personal-it’s strictly business. I’m sure you understand.” And guess what? Joe would understand.

Jim is also a big giant (small?) pencil dick-because he repeated negative things Bobby said about Nicole on camera. If anything-Bobby was smart to let the friendship go. Again-fourth wall? Accident or deliberate?

    Joe and Rosie rock.

I’m more convinced then ever that Milania plays the brat roll for the cameras at will-because she was perfectly well behaved at the animal place! She was even sweet.

Dear Nancy would have had a LOT to say about the dogs and the chickens. Even weirder-is this the coop they were working on when Franco died?

Milania doesn’t need a booster-but why no seatbelt? I haven’t looked but I am sure someone on Twittet noticed this. Someone is probably calling DYFS-6 months after the fact.

I’m sorry Dina is funny-“it’s Serendipity-just a blow job”. Her one liners are always good!

Lastly-I like this season and this new cast. Maybe I’m in the minority-but it’s refreshing after the last 3 seasons of the same rehashed BS!

    • Rebecca can't understand why people don't appreciate the importance of dragons. says:

Amber is so over the top, I want to lock her in a closet for a few hours so she can scream the crazy out in private.

I think you are totally on spot about Milania.

I like the twins but they need to turn it down a couple notches.

Still can’t stand shit-stirring Melissa. I like how she tries to call Amber out for lying. I don’t think there’s enough bandwidth here to list all of hers.

  19. Rebecca can't understand why people don't appreciate the importance of dragons. says:

Holy shit. Did Nicole just say the best way to blow off steam was to shoot a gun? Oh yeah, that’s responsible. That’s the WORST thing to turn to for stress release.

  20. Way in the back of my memory is the story of Dina’s BFF being engaged to Chris Laurita when he met Jacq in Vegas and she did something like tell him he was pregnant, allegedly, I could be making that part up….. but anyway Dina’s BFF was dumped by Chris for Jaq….does ANYONE remember this????
